Edited on 15 December 2023: Now the place is called Mediterranean Kitchen and Grill, which suits this place ten times better, since their Four Season pizza is one of the best items in the list. ( My new favourite in town.) A few days ago I did an Ashtanga (mysore) class at Kiri Yoga, and I was very hungry and I wanted to eat something keto friendly. I tried their chicken which is really cooked on a charcoal grill. It was delicious and didn’t make me feel as if I was eating fast food. I talked to the guys there a little bit. So, they have a real chef, and he’s been in Gisborne since June. I was told that its his own dough recipe and that I should try the pizza next time. Today, I ordered it with Uber Eats. I’m glad I did. Four Season, lots of flavours, it doesn’t have that canned tomato taste. Just enough spice, not heavy or oily. Perfect. Both the chicken and the pizza are very reasonably priced. (Around $25) If they had fancier tables, plates etc with these foods, this place would be a five star Mediterranean restaurant.

got Charcoal Chicken satay with rise. For 13$ it was a really nice big amount and with a juicy meat. Tasted healthy and felt good having this meal! We would give 8/10 rate. One of the best places in Gisborne. Definitely recommended and thanks! We will be back!
You have to try the Sesame chicken salad, and the ribs. OMG delicious.

Their chicken and chips is good. The chicken is tender and crispy, I order it with grated cheese on top or cheese sauce on the side. It's my go-to dish.
Also, Fetuccine and cheesy garlic pizza is a good combo!
Great amount of good for a cheap price we got large chicken, chips and gravy and fed two of us for $18.50 😎
If you haven't been since the new owners, I'd highly recommend it! Great price, great food. We will be back
Love the food here, my brothers can cook! Everything is nice. My favourite is the pizzas.
