We came on Thursday night and it was quiz night. Londoner is a good place to go for that classic English pub grub (as I was told ☺️. Had to ask my Kiwi partner who have lived and travelled to the UK for a bit what makes this place great.) My own personal take: - chicken, avocado salad was a good way to refresh your palette - the hotpot pie was good and it slightly reminded me of a Filipino dish called pares. You can come here for those special occasion but do not want an uptight atmosphere and just want to hang out casually.

Food was nice. Might I suggest implementing the ordering system that the foundation bar has, via tablets. I'm suggesting this as already having to order at the bar (no staff come to table) but can be awkward with a larger group. Staff were friendly and helpful thankyou. Atmosphere is great 👍

The staff are awesome and friendly. The food is filling, yummy and goes with the English pub theme. Good selection of beer. They will often have specials for St Patrick’s day which is fun. A good place for a comfort lunch with work mates too on a winters day. Nothing like their pot pie and mash. One of few places in town to have Guinness on tap as well.
