We had an excellent dining experience. Hannah, our lovely waitress was very friendly, attentive and informative. She attended to our requests which made it more special as it was a family birthday dinner. We started off with the crunchy onion rings and a Virgin Mojito with the fresh mix of lime and mint was very refreshing. The Bratwurst Dog with cheese on top had a nice spicy kick while the Sesame prawns with sticky rice was just delicious. My son who seldom finishes his food on the plate had the kid’s Mac n cheese and even scraped off every single bit. He said the taste was legendary 😁 The Spiced Squid has the right texture - tender and not rubbery. The fish and chips was crunchy and well seasoned. Great ambiance and the service was fast and efficient.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was not all that busy. So we were attended to quickly with them splitting some larger tables to make a smaller for the four in our group. They do have a fairly decent menu selection from which i chose the Brewers Breakfast, my other half the Piglet Burger and the other two a Brewers Breakfast as well. Strange as it may seem to have with a breakfast i ordered one of thier peach ciders as a drink. Now that was delicious.. Maybe because i like my ciders? The orders came out pretty quickly. Everything in my breakfast was cooked just i liked it. In a breakfast i really pay attention to the poached eggs , which i can be real finnicky about .These were cooked to perfection. The yolks not hard or even a little hard but soft and runny that the yolk ran out nicely ( if one can say it that way!). Everyone else was happy with thier meals and me having the biggest sweet tooth was the only one who chose a dessert. Though a simple one of a chocolate cake it went down well.
So, anyway overall . On the food front no complaints. Particularly impressed with the poached eggs. Service was great, especially with the speed of and throughout the meal the girl coming by occasionally but not being overly intrusive to ask how things were. Price was as you would expect...so so, and the atmosphere was very good. Well worthy of a 100% rating!!

Another decent bar in Hamilton.
Good atmosphere, good seatings, good beer and kind staff. Not much more I could say but not as good as the original place.
I come here a lot. Always good food, good service and awesome beverages. I can always count on a good time when I drop into Good Neighbour Rototuna.
For a bar they do an amazing brunch, friendly and polite staff, we're in to watch the rugby at 10am and we're very happy with the hospitality
Came here with a hangover that needed curing and it did exactly that. With the small group of people they had something for everyone and it was above average. Good old beef pot pie, American hotdogs and hot HOT wings. Was so very satisfied.
And great value for your money, which is sometimes hard to find.
Was greeted almost as soon as we walked in and seated within 5 minutes. Water and menus were brought to our table within 5 minutes. Drinks order were also taken quite quickly. ..brilliant. My sister-in-law ordered the pulled-pork bun and I ordered the Beef burger both with fries...only had to wait 10 -15 minutes. Both meals were delicious. We decided to be brave and order dessert. My sister-in-law ordered the brownie with Chantilly cream, she was surprised that it had bacon on it, what a nice change. I ordered the Ultimate sundae with Kapiti ice cream, toffee shards, coffee-tasting jelly with pieces of walnuts....omg that was one of the best desserts I have ever had. Thank you guys. I will definitely recommend dining there to all my friends and family.
Came here for a friends birthday. Can't remember the wait being long so that is always good! But it wasn't a busy night. Was impressed with the staff as they were very kind and they continuously refilled the water which I appreciate! Nothing worse than trying to grab a waiters attention just for a glass of water! Price was reasonable. Was an enjoyable night overall with attentive staff :)
I recently went to the good neighbor to say goodbye to a friend before he left for Argentina. I was very impressed by the menu and beverages list, being in a big group I think I managed to try a bit of almost everything. It was very kind of the staff to give us a complimentry dessert and I will most definitely be back.
Went to try a new craft beer... The atmosphere was cozy and the staff super friendly and the food was tasty and I will defiantly be going back .... The beer is yummy as well

Awesome spot for a meal and a drink. Good range of starters and mains at reasonable prices with some nice options for daily specials. Fantastic range of drinks, particularly if you want to try some of the good george ciders or gins, with the fun options of cocktails or freakshakes. Loved the setting and architecture of the building. Staff were friendly but could be a little more attentive as they were a bit slow at bringing out menus or asking if you wanted to order extras like drinks and desserts. Overall a fun cool place for a chill dinner and drinks, hope to return to check out some of the specials.

We have ordered many varieties from their menu. The food was tasty and the potions are good. The prices of the food are average.
I have ordered their fish food platter. Everything was good except the tuna. I didn’t like the smell and the texture.
They have their own brewed spirits in bottles you can buy.
Dropped in for a light lunch of sides. We chose mac and cheese with extra sides of chips and onion rings. Hot and tasty on a Winter's day. We sat in a cosy booth seat and they also easily accommodated groups and families with younger children in the same space. Both the food and the coffee were great. Will be back to try the rest.
We really enjoyed our dinner out. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was great. Atmosphere and premises were awesome, clean, tidy and seating well set out. Definitely will return and recommend
We had such a great experience here! Dayton and the crew were very welcoming with a good knowledge of their beers. The burger and beer combo on Monday was dynamite, will definitely be coming back next time we are there! (The main brewery is awesome too but there was a private function going on so we came here) cheers!
Inside seating & outdoor seating, lovely to have a choice. Been here a few times & always enjoy it. Great menu, lots of choices in several categories & clear
descriptions. Food is exquisite (best cooked steak!!), tastes top notch, plenty of it (even provide 'doggy bag' for leftovers) & best of all you're paying quite a reasonable price. Great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff & also wheelchair friendly. Booths for those that want them & normal tables to accommodate the size of your party. No hesitation in recommending, we will definitely be back!!!!
Came for a dinner with a bunch of coworkers and everything was so good from the customer service to food. Was greeted and seated (booked ahead of time and they catered to our big group when we had ammendmants to seating) straight away :) Food portions were so big and worth it for the $$ and the drinks -ciders/cocktails were delicous. Will definitely go back aswell as highly reccomend.
We dropped in on the off chance that there would be a free table, and we scored a booth. Everything was great, food, prompt service, chilled atmosphere.

Everything about this place is a 10/10 for me. My partner and I got the Monday burger and beer deal for $26 I think and we both loved the burgers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Good George has such delicious beer and cider. Yum!! Thank you for your amazing service and kindness.
We used the function room upstairs for my daughters 21st. It was awesome, we had our own bar and toilet and even an outdoor area too. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when using their mic and projector. Thanks Good Neighbour. 100% Satisfied.
