Ordered through Uber Eats and wrote a note asking if they could check ingredients for a low FODMAP elimination diet. I ordered the satay bowl with chicken - they took out the red onion, shallots, and checked the satay sauce for me, found it had garlic and left it off (and wrote a note to let me know).
I hugely appreciate the effort they took to make sure it aligned with my diet restrictions. I can hardly ever eat out, and when I do, it's often a very pathetic meal - whereas this was delicious (I did add my own satay sauce at home) and I was able to be confident it wasn't going to make me really sick later.
I love this place and come here often for lunch. I usually build my own bowl but the menu options all sound pretty good too! The food is always beautiful and fresh, great quality and a huge selection of fillings & toppings. The staff are always friendly and super helpful. Can’t beat it for fresh healthy food, and the fact it’s locally owned is a cherry on the top 👏🏻

First time I had tried Fill a Bowl, very clean large variety of salads etc to choose from, I was able to test the tofu mix which was helpful. Definitely recommend!
