Legendary Fish and Chips, lived around the corner for 11 years and have still not found better chips. Chinese is tops as well and great value for a large family. My Dad visiting from Perth also raves about Freshly Cooked Takeaways. Come and check it out!
This has been my local takeaways for the past 5 years, over time i have tried others in the area but always come back to this one.
The fish has always been good, and i am not particularly fond of fish. Their Chinese has consistently been good too especially the chicken and vegetables and fried rice, their sweet and sour pork isn't too fatty or battery either.
Their packs are a good price and the boys that serve have always been pleasant despite the fact that i am sure they would rather be doing something else. The owners are lovely and often call out and say hi while they are cooking and the place is regularly busy.
Overall good takeaways, reasonable prices and consistently good. I am definitely a fan =)

Outstanding food! The Wontons are my crack. The sweet and sour Chicken is my lover. The burgers here are also really good, and they have outstanding Thickshakes! This is one of only two fish and chip shops in Hamilton, I like and recommend! These guys are a neighbourhood gem and are criminally underrated. The fish is fresh and flaky, the salt ratio is perfect and they have so many options, that you'll never get bored either! I felt like everything, so I had a UK style Cheeky Chinese, with sweet and sour, crunchy chips, Wontons and a sneaky piece of fish. My lord. What a spot smasher!
My partner and I have been regulars here since we lived in the area. They were our local, and now we happily Travel to eat there! Their Wontons are so addictive, we order at least a 10 pack EVERY time we go there. The sweet and sour is very good and even the fish, is fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked. Can't fault them! Friendly service, fast cook times and huge menu. Both the western fish and chips, and the fast food Chinese are amazing! A must try.

Trying to find a good spot for takeaways and this place had good reviews so “try we shall”. And it definitely deserves the rating. Fresh (not frozen) fish and non-salty chips and great Chinese (even my partner enjoyed it and he is the pickiest of picky). Glad I came across this place because it’s going to become our new local.

Absolutely amazing! Even better, they're our Local so nice and close to home! They have absolutely amazing burgers, especially the fish burger! The portion of food are VERY generous and tasty. Also, by far, the BEST sweet and sour Pork I've had in a very long time. Also,their menu is extensive!
They can get quite busy, but even when they're busy, they have very fast service and meal time. My favourite Asian/Fish and Chip Takeaway stop!
Excellent food. Not often you find nice Chinese food these days, these guys were totally on point. Prices are fair given three quality. Ordering online was good as well, kept it simple. Was all ready at quoted time 👍
