Nice place to sit down and enjoy your coffee. Remember to take the loyalty card with you/ or ask the staff if u don’t have, so you can get free one after 7. There is a staff who takes orders, makes me so embarrassed. I brought one of my own starbuck cup which I bought from other starbuck store and she asked and checked for the country where it is made. (You know that if you bring your own starbuck cup, you will get discounted.) I explained to her that I have been visited this shop many times and no one asked about this as you can see clearly the logo of the starbuck on the cup.
Always full here, but drinks are good! Have had recently there pumpkin spice cream frappe, and sat at the back waiting in a nicely lit area. Tables were dirty though, but the staff seemed very occupied as the line was almost queuing outside the doors. I did wish however that they spelt my name wrong on my cup, just so I could turn it into a meme.. :(

Regular visitor for their Hazelnut Signature Hot Chocolate every morning and the best I have ever had else where and it kicks my day fresh and active, people works there are so friendly and welcoming with a sweet smile on their faces.
We come often.
Staff are always friendly.
Can take awhile on busier days and often makes for no seats.
Food is ok. But the drinks are always great. So now I normally just grab a drink to take away.
Love coffees here, cannot go wrong with a starbucks from here! People are always so nice here and service is always prompt and quick; even when they're super busy.
I come here once a week and the quality of the Coffee is impeccable. I haven't found a Starbucks that manages to be so consistent with their quality like this one. The staff are friendly and the café itself is spacious and has plenty of seats both inside and out! Amazing coffee, great setting! What more could you want?!
Nice, helpful employees. It's always packed but I've never encountered a rude employee & that says a lot. Great location but parking is a nightmare & I end up parking under the mall & hoofing it to the cafe instead of driving around for eons trying to find a slot to park. That's my only complaint. :-)
Went there for a catch up with friends, it was about 8pm at night, so I was surprised that they were still so busy. I ordered the white chocolate mocha, it was to die for. Have been here a few times and the atmosphere is always pleasing. Service was on the average side but that was probably because it was heading towards the 9pm mark and so meanp people kept pouring in. I mean, who wouldn't be so cheerful aftera long days work, right? Although they were busy our coffe didn't take that long. The one thing I hated was the lack of parking, even at that late hour, but what can you do?" Banter with the friends made it that much better and a side of great coffee to top it all off, yum!
I love Starbucks ♥️ in my experience I will say that the service and food are good. However staff should be aware of the cleanliness of the store. I always take my coffee out because the place is dirty…

I’ve accomplished something monumental by finishing my first Grande Green Tea Latte. I had to work through slurps and sips and scoops of cream. I pushed as the sugar smashed against my brain. I squashed the internal rebellion of doubt that arose from my teenage anti-consumerist politics. I’m in my 30’s now and it’s a revelation to find joy in something that once made my stomach twist. I’ve come to realize that Starbucks is the cosmic center of a city. It’s the one constant force in a chaotic world. Honestly, learning to love Starbucks is like falling in love with life. There are so many possibilities ahead of me: Caramel Frappuccinos, Peppermint Mochas. The coffee nerd of my early twenties is dead and I’m being reborn as a new man. I want to make new decisions that allow me to experience pure pleasure, again and again and again. The future has never felt this bright.

Staff are lovely and quick as usual. Had a delicious hazelnut mocha and sausage roll. Good spot to sit and watch the world go by.
Really enjoyed going in today I'm getting a frappuccino caramel expresso tall the staff are really kind really good at taking orders enough sitting space inside would recommended for meetings grabbing a snack, bite to eat just chilling out and watching hamiltonians go by. Parking in the street and you get up to 2 hours free grab a hot drink to go and enjoy your shopping support local business
