This is the place to go with friends and family for a comfortable place to eat, with space and places for children, adults and all. And a menu which is always fresh, well cooked and can appeal to the various palates and pockets of all of us. I go often.

Nice simple menu. Ambience an location was good. Very attentive staff. Good views and they have a kids play area. Starters were good and the mains were OK. Overall a positive experience and would visit again.

We went here tonight. What a lovely service by the manager and staffs. Good customer service 👍! 5 stars service ! Food are good, just the tartar sauce not really a good one and the linguine is bland (needed to put a lot of salt). Anyway, u have my 5 stars here.

Delicious quality meals. Warm friendly service and beautiful view of the sleeping giant. Kids loved the playground and trampoline. Plenty of room for the kids to run around outside in the fresh air. Would highly recommend.

Light Begets Light

This place is great for a special occasion, one of the few places now in Hastings, that you can have a large function. The food is delicious and there is something to suit everyone. They have a Vegan & gluten free options. You will need to ask for it though. Great for families and large groups. Friendly staff.

Great spot for a bite to eat and drink. Friendly staff are very welcoming and the food was great. Great spot with lots of room for all kinds of dining. Kids have plenty of room to run around as well as having a playground and trampoline. Great to meet up with friends or have a get together.

Wow, amazing place, fabulous staff fit us in & we're very accommodating for one of our groups dietary needs. Food was amazing definitely be back next time we are in town.

Easy parking and nice views. Bit of discussion on where we were 'allowed' to sit initially which could have dampened the situation. I enjoyed my burger but not all members of the party enjoyed their breakfast. Some comments 'hollandaise overpowered it and made it soggy' 'they should not serve commercially prepared hashbrowns' 'the potato waffle was floury as opposed to potatoey'. The coffee was very good- hot, had body, and tasty.
