Polite, well presented food, freash, by far the best Mc Donald's in Hawke's Bay by far, this is consistent also, have been going there for years, never once have I had a problem.
Got a feed here after Juicy Fest last week. Huge line out to the road and all of us hyped from the gig! Despite this the team done well to smash thru all the customers a lot faster then expected and the food was still on point! Customer service was awesome, staff were polite and as far as takeaways at 11.30pm go I really couldn't fault anything!
Good Macca's. I got the Cookie Time McFlurry and was a but disappointed because it wasn't really mixed in, like I expected a McFlurry to be. It was really just vanilla soft serve with Cookie Time crumbles and caramel on top.

The young chap behind the counter going by 'Ben' gave me the most excellent small Sprite No Sugar I have ever had the evening before last, will certainly be coming back, especially in the hope that Ben will once again greet me. Thanks McDonald's!
Pleasently clean although the toilets could've been cleaner but otherwise yes still loved having my granddaughter's birthday there.
My experience of Mc Donald's throughout NZ is up there, having traveled the length numerous times with two mcnugget fans over the past 22 years and I have to say Havelock north McDonald's wins top shop in our books by a long shot. Chips are always fresh, burgers, picture perfect and hot! We've never had a low tide drink ever!! The staff are smart, careful and precise, whilst also being welcoming, kind and always friendly. They exhibit a high degree of common sense and efficency too. The drive thru cue may be long some days but it's always worth the wait. The resturant in clean and well maintained, the toilets fresh and clean. We are stoked its our new local MDs! THANK YOU TEAM!!
Without Trina this place would be soooo much worse. She has redeemed Mc Donald's HN for now.
