We enjoy all of the restaurants and cafes in Helensville, but this is the first place we went after the lockdown was removed. We were NOT disappointed. Please support all of the businesses in your area.
Have been in 6 or 7 times now over a 6-month period for both takeaways and to dine-in. All experiences have been thoroughly enjoyable: the staff always seem switched on and communicate pro-actively to get the order right. The food is always delish, although a simplified Turkish cuisine with a good smattering of light fusion ideas and conventional takeaway fare [burgers and salads]. The items are generous in size, not overly-spiced, so as to suit kids palettes, but plenty healthy and flavoursome - and yet highly customisable when ordering [fair choice of condiments and ingredients]. The sit-down experience is also very pleasant - always very clean, wide windows on two-sides [on a corner], reasonably inoffensive, textured interior with some great, enlarged old photos of H-ville features from the early-1900s. I hope they get the patronage to stick around for a while because I can happily see myself returning into the future.
We put through a phone order for takeaway. First time here. Our food came nicely packaged and the portion size was good. We ordered chicken on rice, the meal was hot, fresh and tasty. Salad was nice and crisp and fresh. We will be returning again to try something else soon.

I recommend the Doner Kebab Chicken Souvlaki.
We had a great meal for four. Large servings. Clean and comfortable. Great window seats to watch the street.
GREAT KEBABS. FRESH and FILLING. LOVE THE MIXED KEBAB. Nice and hot. Great table sevice.

I ordered the Lamb kebab and was recommended mint or chilli sauce, got a mix of both and probably don't need to try anything else on the menu now. Definitely coming back for more.
We have recently moved to Helensville, so have been trying the different food options. The Ville Turkish Café stands out! We’ve tried a few different things there - the kebabs, chicken on rice and burgers, all super tasty and fresh. We LOVE the Aloha and Hawaiian burgers! We’ve been a few times already and keep going back for more. The team are great, lovely service and a nice atmosphere, too!
The food is undeniably delicious! In particular the Chicken Souvlaki Salad. The sauces and especially hummus are so flavorful. You get great portions for the price and very clean inside to eat. Little gem of Helensville!

Some of the best kebabs around. Handy place with great food. Love the chicken on rice meal. Prices have gone up which was sad but they have gone up everywhere so not their fault.
Best place to eat in Helensville. Fresh food, tastes great. Unfortunately my family and I can no longer afford it with the price changes (I do understand is necessary)
