Omg! Best roast I’ve had in donkeys. Pity I’m not a local, I’d be a regular. Food was so fresh and tasty. Reasonably priced too.

Went at 3pm on a Wednesday for afternoon smoko. Got a pork roll that for half of what it normally cost and they also chucked in a drink and two potatoes. All for $5.

That’s the medium pork meal and u can get a free pork skin for the meal, it tastes palatable 😁yummy

Delicious lamb roast. I'm always craving a nice roast place and you always end up spending $20 on a meal for a small plate of potatoes and gravy with 2 pieces of meat. But this place, I'm not gonna lie, it's still around $17 but at least you get a decent amount of meat and it's actually moist and they aren't stingy with the sauce either. Great service as well 😁

Beef roll was nice could use a bit more filling though

THE BEST Roast potatoes ever and the best roast meal I've had in a long time. Love going back even if it's just for a bag of their yummy roast potatoes.

Roast beef was pretty tasty, and had good amounts of meat.

Been going here for about a year now. Nice and friendly staff. Always get the Medium Pork meals to go. Tastes good, fresh and generous serving of crackling. The chicken kebabs are sometimes sat in the front for a little too long, so it tastes slightly hard and cold but other than that I don't have many other complaints.

I use to love coming here for my roast meals I enjoyed the food and service was always great however since the change over of owners I cannot say I will be back ,the roasts do not taste the same more on the dry side more vegetables than meat service terrible I will not recommend and will not be going back

My wife were in between choosing Burger Fuel and the English Roast which were right next to each other. What an excellent choice we made. The meals were delicious. I chose the lamb roast meal and my wife chose the chicken meal. We both agreed for the price we paid it was well worth it. The service was great too!

I've been here a couple of times in the past year and the staff are very polite and friendly. I've only ever got the large pork roast and found it good value but the accompanying crackling was very meagre and not properly done. However, the potatoes and other vegetables were better than most roast shops.

I go here regularly, friendly service and great food. My lamb is always tender and juicy, the potatoes are fluffy inside and crispy with a good seasoned coating. I am never disappointed in coming here.

Came here the other night with my partner and a friend. We were served immediately. The service was quick, friendly and the older lady was very enthusiastic with us. She was very entertaining while we were there haha! We ended up getting 3 meals and 3 lots of desserts. All tasted divine and the portions were decent for the price. Would definitely come back just because the service was so damn good. Thank you for your hospitality!

Best roasts and crackle! Love the girls who work here too they really are lovely. My partner and I are regulars here for great reason! The pork is our favourite as it is moist and tasty.

Absolutely amazing food here from the amazing rolls to their roast meals. The veges are always fresh and the meat is always cooked to perfection. Love this place.

This is one of the better roast places - food fresh & pretty good quality considering the price. Service is friendly & efficient.<br/>Their roast potatoes are really really good as is the pork crackling. Meat doesn't have a lot of flavour but the gravy helps with this.

Love coming here! When I have roast cravings I drop by here for a beef roast and it's always yummy! their meat is so tender and the potatoes Kumara and pumpkin goes perfect with it drizzed with yummy gravy. The large is a bit pricey but worth it when you feel like treating yourself 😉

I went there for lunch, I've got my favourite Pork meal and bits of roasted vegetables. <br/>It's so delicious and kumara and pumpkin baked so well- no fat👍.<br/>Definitely go back again.

Had the beef sub and hot fries. It was ok something I would make at home. Fries were nice and hot. Clean premises, friendly service and polite. Would come back for a quick cheap lunch that is filling. Nothing special just like any other roast place.

I've come here a couple of times and I have to say it's the best roast take away place to eat. Their customer service is amazing, compared to other roast places I've been to, and the food is affordable, as well as tasty. Keep up the great work ladies!

Come here on a regular basis, because I know I'm going to get an awesome meal, and excellent service as well, which is increasingly uncommon. Possibly the best takeaway roast in Auckland!

Went here a couple of months ago. We ordered the lamb meal, pork meal and lamb shanks. Very generous sizes and everything was delicious! The lamb and pork was tender, and came with roast potatoes, kumara, pumpkin, peas and lashings of gravy. Will definitely be returning :)

This looks fairly new and it is conveniently located within the Countdown complex on the Great South Road.  We tried the roast lamb, in a small size.  Wow it was amazing how much was in the small.  A good amount of meat, 2-3 potatoes, a piece of pumpkin and some peas and carrots.  Also gravy and mint sauce as requested.  The meat was so tender it just fell apart, potatoes and vegetable cooked well.  It was an excellent roast, and at a good price.  Staff were super friendly.  We don't live in Auckland, but when we visit we will know where to get a great roast.<br/><br/>Came again when visiting in February 2015, and still the best darn way to have a roast meal. I had beef this time, and mum the chicken. The beef was tender, very flavour some with plenty of it, and mum had so much chicken we had enough to make lunch with the next day. The potatoes are divine, you just fault this. It is a pity we don't live closer, as I know I would never have to bother making another roast dinner :)

This place is amazing! highly recommended! I tried for the first time today and all I can say is WOW! The service is amazing, the meat tender, gravy & potatoes are awesome.
