Went here for eggs bene. Asked for hash brown too and they said they can sub the ciabatta for the hash brown so that was thoughtful of them. Streaky bacon and just the right amount of sauce. Some places smother in sauce but this was spot on. Hollywood never disappoint with the eggs bene. It was yummm. My go to for a sneaky breakfast

Very good coffee, food & service.

Review 3 years ago: Hot chocolate tasted watered down and I had a sausage roll that smelt like fish. Told the staff and they said “anything else,” no refund or resolution offered. Update: Hollywood has definitely had some improvement especially on their customer service. Chicken and chips is great here.

Average food. Usually friendly service. The tea bags for English breakfast had a terrible perfume taste. Told staff. Did not care. Cheap brand in red box. Recommended you take own tea bag.

Ordered eggs Benedict and flat white. Huge size without compromise quality. Definitely will come back.

Very nice food, good customer service and well presented , we ordered food from them for a training session and it was very beautiful and lovely.

Always good coffee & range of food is very good , deserves a 5 star but the 8.30am start is a bit late for early starting customers , even the Warehouse next door opens at 8am

So much good food.. I specially like coming to this Manukau one.. love the steak n cheese pies! Their dinner boxes are awesome.. yummy chips!! their lumberjack slice is delicious! They even do good coffees! Think this is what I’m having for lunch today now!!

Hollywood is known for their pies because it really tastes good. My favorite is the bacon cheese and egg and the steak and cheese. Their pies are bang for the buck as it will definitely fill you up as it is really loaded with beef or any stuff inside the pie. This branch is also a very busy branch as it is in the warehouse area and people tend to go here after shopping.

Rushed service . Plain , not enjoyable butter chicken pie . Water would be the best way to describe the taste. Big Ben butter chicken pie would treat you better then this one.

1/5 is generous in my opinion. <br/>I ordered breakfast that almost came to $30 and before I took my seat, another customer came to the female cashier to advise that she stepped on a cockroach. The cashier did not or pretended not to hear her which prompted the customer to repeat herself. I walked over to where the customer was pointing and saw a dead medium sized cockroach. A few steps away was another dead baby cockroach. <br/>I thought maybe these were brought in by someone until I took my seat on the other side of the floor. Under my table was a live adult cockroach. <br/>When I looked at the cashier she was talking to another male staff member and they were smiling. I asked for a full refund and the male staff gave it after the female said something to him.<br/><br/>I'm never coming to this place ever again. The cockroaches is one thing but the nonchalant and non-caring attitude by the staff was worse.

My favourite cafe to dine in with the kids, love the bakery pies x100 worth that extra $ yet to try their breky meals cant wait always eat here when shopping at the warehouse lol

Hard to keep such a busy cafe tidy. On our visit found it ok. Whike only three staff less than stonebake in lunn ave they kept things ticking over. Staff weren't overly polite and they looked tired. Food had a chicken lunch pack various other items. I love HB club sandwiches and theirs were good. Everything seemed fresh. Kind of sterile as typical for HB.

This Hollywood cafe was atrocious, dirty tables everywhere, 3 staff sitting down on their phones as we had to wipe out own table. food wasn't the best either probably won't be going to this Hollywood cafe

Came here on a drive-by through to Manukau and although we came in the afternoon with not many people there, the staff were ready at the counter waiting to serve you and your friends. <br/><br/>While they were good behind the counter, I thought they weren't so good out "in the field", as in going around the restaurant. I say this because the people next to us left when we were just coming in, and by the time we had finished our meal, that table was still not cleared up. Must've been just a Monday afternoon I guess?<br/><br/>Personal opinion: I'd like to commend them on having one of my favourite flavour of tea - Lemon Green tea! I see that not many Hollywood bakeries have the same menu as the rest of their chains. Despite having my flavour of tea, I thought their teapot was a bit too small and would not have been worth the money, so I asked for a cup of hot water (which was free) to fill up the teapot again anyway..
