Pizza was nice as. Fresh and saucey. The place was like messy and kind of hori. But the food was good.

Food was always what i wanted and what i got. Service was very pleasent and polite. Considering the block and the other stores the atmosphere isnt bad but just like anywhere else.

When you are late for dinner and you have nothing cooked at home we go for domino's pizza as we had been shifting house and we just love their services and the waiting time Awesome guys Thank you.

Excellent customer service. I had ordered online today for a pickup and the order was ready on the dot. Simply superb and amazing team work. The staff were friendly too. Customers should be more patient with staff who find it difficult to understand them. 5 star quality service!

Price was very good but the pizza was not so good. I think this is more of a problem of New Zealand than anything else. Compared to other pizza that I've had here in New Zealand this was actually the best but compared to pizza in America it wasn't really good. I asked for extra sauce and he said he he would put it on but it was like lightly sauced compared to an extra slice pizza in America done maybe I just really like extra extra sauce but everytime I've asked for it here I get barely anything at all. the bread was cooked perfectly so I definitely give them points for that.

Yummy yummy pizza I've never had a bad experience from this place. Usually just stick to the 5 dollar pizzas which are great value for money, must recommend the cheesy garlic pizza and the beef and onion pizza. Delicious and always nice hot and fresh

When we first started buying here it was good but the Last 3pizza orders have been burnt so annoying especially when you order a gourmet pizza o_O

Survey feedback from the last time I bought from here: First my address isn't in your system even though its on the NZ post and google maps websites. So I put in the closest recognised address to get past your delivery validation and left a note on the order with my actual delivery address. I called the 10-14 Mcannalley Street, MANUREWA NZ 2102 store to confirm with them that they will deliver to my actual address. First the person on the phone answered and said to hold then continued talking to other staff about orders and taking other customers' orders, all the while I could hear him. Then after I waited a couple of minutes he came back to the call and I told him my name, what I ordered and if he read the note on the order. He said he'll speak to a manager. I tried to tell him to wait but no, AGAIN, I had to wait a few minutes while I could hear him talking to staff about pizzas and taking orders from other customers. After a few minutes someone else answered the phone. I asked if he was the manager, then he said he'll get the manager. AGAIN I quickly tried to tell him to wait but no, AGAIN(!) they put down the phone or ignored me and were talking to staff about pizzas and taking orders from other customers. Then, after a few minutes, to top off the absolutely disgraceful customer service, wait for it, the call was disconnected! Does your staff understand basic customer service? Does your staff look to understand the actual query before jumping to conclusions and putting the customer on 'hold' multiple times for minutes on end without giving me a chance to TELL YOU WHY I AM RINGING? And then I get hung up on? Can you understand why I am a frustrated and angry customer? For a global brand and franchise, why is your customer service is a complete and utter joke? You provide a survey and a chance to give feedback so thank you for letting me say my piece. Your last question on the survey: Based on your recent experience, how likely would you be to recommend Domino's to your family or friends? I gave it a '1'. If there was the reversed question: Based on your recent experience, how likely would you be to dissuade your family or friends from buying Domino's? I would give it a '10' and I would tell ten times as many people as I could about this poor customer experience.

Pizza taste like dominoes pizza, which I prefer over other pizza stores. If I buy from here I usually order online as there are sometimes free toppings u can get which I don't usually pay attention to in store. (I got free prawns on the car lot pizza or something like that). The store is always nice and clean when I walk in, not sure about customer service since I just pay and walk away :)

I'm ashamed to say we're regulars here, purely because they are the closest place that will deliver to Wattle Downs. The delivery drivers are very friendly and professional. The pizza is always hot and fresh and yum. The only negative would be that occasionally our order gets mucked up. Sometimes the sauce for the chips is missing, or a drink is missing, or a dessert was left at the store. However I have noticed that it is happening less and less often now. Overall, this Dominos is a great place.
