A bit pricey but worth it everything fresh smooth flavourful coffee and your choice of either chocolate or cinnamom sprinkle.

Excellent friendly service. Being Celiac it’s hard to find many places to eat on the spur of the moment. They were super helpful in making Eggs Benedict on toast with bacon and spinach- all gluten free and no cross contamination. Thank you so much!

Nice little place perfectly located. Spicy Chai Latte was fantastic. Spiciest I've had for many years. We had wedges which were 9/10. A bit more sour cream would have elevated it to a 10. Service was amazing. Definitely will be back

I'm OCD and so when I go to places and they're dirty it puts me off the food. Columbus was so clean. The ladies that served us were so polite and the food was amazing. Don't usually get all 3 when you go out to eat these days. Thank you to the lovely staff for being so friendly. They also have colouring pencils and an activity sheet for little ones. My 2 year old was not running a muck because she was too busy colouring. Will definitely be back.

Had Breakfast here. Food was delicious nice and fresh and hot. I forgot again to take pics of The "before we ate" stage - So 2 of them were half eaten but finished and one (mine) Mince on toast was all done We Had Columbus Breakfast Steak Sandwich x 2 Mince on Toast Flat White Iced Coffee Iced Chocolate x 2 Cooked beautifully quick service Place was busy when we arrived lucky to get a table. Staff worked fast to serve and clear tables.

Food was fast, fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere was clean, quiet and calm. Parking was abundant and easily accessible. The Eggs Benedict with Bacon and Potato Rosti's and a White Hot Chocolate got great feedback. Star of the meal, Columbus Breakfast & Mango Iced Frappe. Honestly the best Mango Frappé I've had so far and the freshest Big Breakfast meal. Loved this place! 10/10

The behind server did not understand English very well and could not find our good item on the register. When she was delivering our order, she was very pleasant.

We came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We were quite early, so the staff were still setting up. They were really friendly and had my breakfast ready so quickly. Nice and simple breakfast and the coffee was good

This was in Manakau city. The service was great. We had breakfast at a starbucks the following day where we did not get the same service. This place is very well run.

This is a trusty franchise so you know what to expect. The coffee is good and you can normally find something to tempt your palate. There is a nice outdoor area and plenty of room so you don’t feel crammed in. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Went to Cafe this morning and ordered 2 x Chai Latte , the taste was just awesome and also great service by the male person. Keep up the great service!

Beautiful place with beautiful decor with nice colour combinations spacious seating Very clean and tidy Nice staff welcoming .We ordered spinach feta Tatar which was very yum with beautiful presentation sauce and salad 🥗 complimentary.

This place is a joke, staff lied about the rewards system, didn't get my birthday treat. Staff also lied about contacting me to resolve it. She took my details and I am still waiting. Also lied about the validity of the birthday treat. Probably shut it down, Coffee Club is better, good service, food and good coffee, would rather pay a little extra at Coffee club then here.

Stopped in here as needed break from shopping, got myself the Moroccan chicken filo and an iced chocolate, iced chocolate was nice but the filo could've done with a few more bits of chicken and a bit less spinach.<br/><br/>The sister had a bacon/egg bun thing, ate most of it.<br/><br/>Good range of cabinet food.<br/><br/>Was hard to talk/had to lean in to speak and listen as the cafe had many other people that did not know how to use their indoor voices.

I absolutely love the range of food on display in their cabinet. In my opinion this particular Columbus Coffee had the best cabinet menu. I love their extensive range of salads and pastas. <br/><br/>The prices are affordable and the portion sizes are huuuuuuuuuuuuge! The pastas are full of flavour and cheeeeeeeesey. Soooooo good.<br/><br/>Green tea frappe is satisfactory, needs a bit more matcha.<br/><br/>Lots of parking available. Service is quick and friendly.

Used to be quite a regular here until a visit from a few months ago. Since the Fish & Chips were new at the time I thought I may as well have it. Service here is meh and food takes abnormaly long to get out. But non the less i persivered and got my food. And wow was I disapointed.  As I began to eat it my family noted an abnormaly amount of salt. The chips were unedible. Sad actually since I used to love this place.

Average cafe with average food and average service. Bagel with smoked salmon was actually better than I thought as it had a generous amount of salmon. We also had a chicken panini and mediterranean vege salad from the cabinet - the salad was not that great.

I used to come here on a very regular basis, but they went through a change in staff & other Cafes became my regular. <br/>I decided to give them another go this week & it was better than I'd expected in some respects.<br/>Arriving when they weren't too busy provided a negative beginning surprisingly. Staff talking, disinterested - funny how a simple thing like a friendly greeting (or lack of) can make or break. If I hadn't been in need of breakfast I probably would have ordered a takeaway coffee & left. Such a shame.<br/>Things got better after that thank goodness. There were papers available. Coffee was delivered with a smile, although it was a little weak - would ask for it to be stronger next time.<br/>Bagel was nicely toasted with 2 each of butter & jam (the stinginess of one of each not present as it can be - again the little things make or break an experience)<br/>So yes food & coffee pretty good, but that greeting needs some work - there are plenty of other cafes around that make you feel welcome, not an inconvenience.

Had brunch here a couple of weeks ago with my kids, we ordered a full breakfast, corn fritters and French Toast.<br/>Meals were fine, they were busy, however my French Toast came out minus the bacon, there was no apology, nothing! Really disappointing! They should not advertise on their menu if they are going to miss off food! Not impressed!

Delicious cafe food , been here a few times . Every time ive been there the food is ALWAYS yum ! No matter what Ive ordered 😁 service is okay but the food oh the food makes it a 5.0 !

On a recommendation I stopped in here looking for some gluten free yummies. Picked up a friand and a Louise slice. Both of which were yum! Had high hopes there would be more available but that's ok ...

Great environment and the food was delicious. <br/><br/>The food and drinks here are reasonably priced.<br/><br/>The staff need to interact more with their customers.<br/><br/>The cafe has a choice of indoor or pleasant outdoor seating despite the location.

Nice cafe food perhaps a little over priced for a meal that was well and truly toasted. Made it a tad hard to eat but the smoothie was amazing!!

Consistently good coffee &amp; the BEST cheese scones around! Yum!<br/>Have never eaten off the menu but have been several times over the last 12 months &amp; experienced good service on every visit.

Overall, service could be friendlier. As prices are alittle on the high side, I'm glad I have my vouchers.<br/><br/>Food and Beverage is good.

What a sour bunch of women that work there. The coffee was burnt and tasted bitter (and it was a Mocha) but its the service that was really deplorable. I asked a girl for a bag so that the slice we bought could be taken home and she looked at me as if I had asked her to re-bake it or something. There was not one smile for anyone the whole time I was there, I was watching. If any of these people were in My eMploy...they woudn't be for long. Seriously what are the owners doing if their staff are treating the customers as if they are a hinderance and unwelcome. It is their livelihood and these people are jeopardising it that's for sure and being a franchise i can imagine how difficult it must be. But a lot of work needs to be done to sort out the service side of things at this place. I can forgive a bad coffee but rude and unfriendly service, never!!!<br/><br/>UPDATE:<br/>This is my response to Victor who contacted me after I posted a review of my experience. I applaud you for contacting me and wanting to make amends. I have been to your place previously and I’m afraid service wasnt that great but your response to me makes me happy that at least you acknowledge the issue and are prepared to deal with it. I will go back to your cafe only because I’m sure it will be better and I appreciated your response and would love to give you a genuine good review, all the very best. thank you..

Went for breakfast on Sunday, place was clean, they did make a smaller meal for our grandson which was nice although I don't know why there aren't any kids meals on menus- I ordered a muesli with fruit and natural yogurt. Definitely not the best breakfast muesli I have had, in fact I couldn't eat it all it was so tasteless. There were no seeds or nuts in the muesli or rolled oats, not sure what the muesli was made of it was a very fine something. There were about 6 sultanas in it, my fruit consisted of a small amount of chopped apple and a few small grapes. The natural yogurt was so runny it was like milk. There was a good helping of milk but the muesli just soaked it up straight away. Definitely wont be going there again for a healthy breakfast. Chai latte was nice and a good size.
