Sunday Vegetarian brunch buffet - Unlimited food and one tea or authentic filter coffee for $15.99. Dosa and vada is really nice. Sambar was too delicious. Good customer service.

Such a cozy place to eat South Indian buffet. Staff is so polite and talk so softly. Food is yummy every time we visited and we have visited there quite a few times 😁

The best Dosa so far I found in Auckland. Comfortable and clean environment. Great flavor on each dish. Good price for the buffet, definitely go again and recommend to everyone.

Good tasty quality food. Service is really good. Affordable price. One of the best in the area for good Indian food. Well maintained place. The washroom should be cleaned better. Perfect otherwise.

Overall rating: 4.5 Saffron is a hidden gem in Manukau. Unassuming at the outside, but inside, you'll be delighted at their food and friendly service. Their poppadums are the best I've tasted - just the right crispiness and fresh. Their cheese Naan is fresh too, and love how the cheese stretches when you eat it. Their butter chicken is up there too with the best, as well as their mango Lassi. The rice which came with the curry was nice, light, and fluffy. Although they got one drink order wrong and the second drink came a bit too late (we were nearly finished eating) and the lamb kebab was spicier than expected, their customer service is better than some places in Auckland CBD. The complimentary dessert at the end of the meal was a pleasant surprise. Note that we weren't asked if we want our curry mild (which is usually our experience when ordering Indian food). Saffron is highly recommended and well worth spending your hard-earned money in. Will come back again to try their dosa and other curries.

Saturday and Sunday breakfast buffet -Vegetarian! Unlimited food and one tea/coffee for $12.99!!! It’s a real treat for this price. Dosa and vada is really nice. Sambar is so so🤵‍♂️but you can have 3 chutneys and potato 🥔 masala to compensate! Value for your money!

Great place to taste South Indian food in city. Their weekend buffets are an absolute steal. Can be really crowded at times.

Good service, food was good. Definitely going again Only thing is they need to put out a notice or poster as how things work for the buffet as we were clueless standing in the line but figured it out eventually
