Simply wow! Do not miss this place for the best burger you will ever have. Had The Hau with shoestring fries, and it was by far the tastiest, most satisfying burger ever had. The service was superb too, great fun and added to the experience of being in such a beautiful place in the world. Thank you, will definitely be back after the Abel Tasman Great Walk.
Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. Wait times were about an hour but it was so worth it. Huge portions, never seen that in my life. Everyone was so friendly. Really good value for money too. Only let down was when I noticed an employee who was starting his shift walk into the food truck without washing his hands and multiple employees touching their face then going back to work. Overall amazing burger and service however i do think the overall hygiene needs to improve and should be addressed especially since this is the food industry.
I loved this place and visited 3 times with different people who agreed, the food is fantastic! The guys who run it are very passionate about food. I will be returning for more when I'm next in Marahau 😀
Perfect hospitality, perfect food, perfect enviroment. I ate the best burger in New Zealand. Because of that place I dont want to eat another burger for a while. If you are close to place just go and eat.

Delicious, friendly, good value for the size. Ice cream for afterwards are good too. You can pay with card.

Came here twice. First time the wait was over an hour, we got told 30min. I didn't mind the wait but was mostly annoyed because we could have set up our tent before it got dark. My burger was quite bland, it didn't taste like much. The chips were okay. Second time. The food was on time, the chips were great. I has the satay burger which had more flavour but didn't quite work as everything got really soggy. Not really my type of burger. I prefer smash patties.
The food was amazing and such a reasonable price. We had done a long walk along the coast and shared a cheeseburger, fish & chips and some wedges (with sour cream and sweet chilli). Was exactly what we needed to re-fuel! Great food with no fuss
