The food was absolutely divine I almost ate my plate. The music was on par with drakes album which really made the atmosphere feel alive. The butter chicken had butter in it. The naan bread was naaning and the basmati rice was stupendous.

Best beef korma and succulent tandoori chicken wings we had so far. Highly courteous waitstaff uplifts overall experience. We want to try other menus but alas our stay in Methven is too short! Definitely come back next visit.

I recently ventured into Newab Indian Restaurant without much prior experience with Indian cuisine. To my pleasant surprise, the flavors of their dishes truly impressed me. The service was excellent and the staff incredibly friendly. I suggest diving into their array of curries – they're a treat for the taste buds. If you're feeling extra hungry, don't hesitate to request extra white rice; they're more than happy to accommodate and provide it for free. Overall, a highly recommended spot to explore the world of Indian flavors.

Omg this was the most delicious food that have eaten! We all had a wonderful time. The naan bread was naaning the butter chicken was buttering and there was just absolutely the best service. My first 5 star I have given to a wonderful restaurant. I definitely recommend. I would go back there again and they have reminded me to wear strechy pants to every restaurant. The staff are very kind and caring.

It was a quite surprising for me that there is Indian restaurant in such a small town 'Methven' which has population around ~10k. It was a nice experience to have a food there. We ordered lot of food and everything was delicious and well served. Service was fast. Staff was so kind. I liked the town and presence of this Indian restaurant made it more special for me. If you are passing through or near of this town than this place might be a good option for lunch/dinner... 👍😊

Easily the BEST food in Methven, and probably the best Indian food I've ever personally had! This place is an absolute hidden gem, if you come to Methven you absolutely have to eat here! The lamb especially is so flavorful and tender ! Not to mention all the staff is incredibly friendly and respectful, and give great recommendations!

Just excellent food. Came here several times while on vacation. Everything I tried was good. Quite a contrast to the other restaurants in Methven. Recommend!

Ordered a chicken jalfresi with butter naan, rice, and a mango lassi. For starter I had a poppadom. It was nice and crunchy (3/5). The meal was served fast by a friendly waiter. It was spicy and delicious (4/5). Would highly recommend as one of the better restaurants in Methven!

Really good Indian, we had a delicious chicken tikka masala and aloogobi. The jalapeno and cheese nann was something else, and service was polite and efficient :) full tummy's and very happy. Thankyou for a delicious meal. For the other hot curry lovers the hot tikka was probably closer to medium, and medium aloogobi was very mild but that's obviously subjective to our own personal tastes and experiences.
