Now days they give you menu to order not like previous year where people walking around pushing carts full of dimsum so you can see what you are ordering
Taste wise always good, fair price , well presented , fried food not oily!

The interior itself is not neat - pay attention to the seats before you sit down . Chairs are not the cleanest in town- could use some deep cleaning . Seriously!
Great service here and very clean. Well spoken Mandarin and Cantonese which would be helpful for those out of town! However, you would need to purchase your rice in addition to the dishes as they do not come with them.
The food was amazing, will definitely be back! Only issue we had was the server was a little bit rude and was rushing us to order. They also ran out of fresh orange juice which was a huge bummer! All the food we ordered was delicious and I can’t wait to go back and try some different dishes. It’s a great place for sharing, we ordered 8 dishes and shared between the 6 of us. We also had heaps of left overs too for lunch the next day.
Best yum cha I've been to so far. Love the food, always delicious. Staff could be a little more friendly but no biggie. Highly recommend the crispy chicken and the cucumber salad.

Fantastic food at Yumcha Sylvia Park. Help you to have a great taste of Canton dish. Spicy Chicken is super crispy and vege is super juicy as well. Recommended to come

Dinner update: not bad, above my expectations. I like the main dishes aren't super big at around $16 a dish, which means you can try more different dishes. Quite yummy the food, I think the kung pao prawn is the only dish we ordered that we didn't like as the cucumber and carrot doesn't go well with this dish and is a bit wet.
Small update. Most of the dishes here are very good, but do not ever order the sticky glutinous rice chicken, that thing has this foul smell and the chicken inside is unseasoned.
First time coming here. We had 8 people which fits comfortably on their european style table. Not typical yum char place but serves pretty nice dim sum. The food are nice and hot but I think a little under flavour. Otherwise, price is not bad and a good location. Service is a 2/5 as most yum cha place will go around taking the empty plates and steamer or fill our teapots but this place the staffs are very slow on this. Overall not bad, but I can see a lot of people who aren't familiar with this cuisine could get angry at the service.
The food is good , the service is just alright and the thing is the time I went in there are many free space and table available , I was guide to sit at one table which is not too big for my 3 people but while I was eating , they suddenly guide another 3 peoples to squeeze in the sit at the table with me even though there are so many others more table available , so uncomfy .
Ordered sweet n sour pork, prawn crepe, spicy chicken, beef tendon and seafood porridge. Decent n nice!
Nice little lunch stop with friends and family! The interior in the store is so cozy and bright, love the nature green aspects that is added for the overall calm vibe. The food was excellent, arrived to the table hot and steamy, especially the prawn dumplings so so good. On the pricey side but very filling!
