Absolutely loved our experience, my father in law is a repeat visitor but it was our first time and WOW. We've been out a few times this year and Mr Ds was definitely top 3 experience, food and flavour wise. Every dish was perfect, the flavour, the texture. All our mains were delicious (we all had a try of each), the duck was crispy, the beef tender, the bone marrow ravioli was delicious. Absolutely recommend the salad and their in house vinegarette (we purchased some bottles as it was that good) and the octopus was so tender.
The staff were all a delight, fun, and informative including the chef. Juliette was a star. Thanks again guys. Highly recommended
It’s good. Tasty food. Attentive service. Good choice of wines. We left comfortably full and satisfied. I’m sure you will too. The paua meatballs and the market fish are pictured.
What a phenomenal cafe. Warmth n attentive service, delicious food, good coffee, retro yet modern ambience n funky music. We just love it.
