Chicken, cranberry and cream cheese pie was amazing. My partner got the mince and cheese pie and he loved it. Went at it with his hands like a heathen he like it so much. They have a huge selection, pies, sandwiches, slices and baking. I'm definitely going back. Great location, not too far from my work, so might become a regular 😄

Despite the south-east Asian name, this is the most European-Kiwi food you can find. I grew up in New Zealand in the 1970s/80s, and whenever I visit, I crave a pie, a sausage roll, a sandwich, a milkshake, or any of my childhood favourite cakes or biscuits. Angkor Wat is the first place I go after getting off the plane, except for baggage claim of course. I wish they’d open a shop in Canada.

Great wee bakery. Lots of options, hot or cold and all the tray bakes you could need. Nice they have a chicken and chips option too! Very good food for a good price.

We are from Hamilton visiting the Hawkes Bay for the first time! We wanted a good kiwi bakery and this was it 😍 great range of classic bakery food - I got a bacon and egg quiche and was divine! And gotta have the chicken and chips! Amazing! • Please stop by here if you are travelling and want to try good kiwi classic bakery food, you won’t be disappointed! they also have a nice little cafe which serves brunch food which looks divine as well and everything is fairly priced

Become my number 1 Lunch place in Napier. Quick service, great food and great friendly staff. Always a seat to sit down to eat and probably why they are so popular. Well done.

We spotted this place the night before and noticed the award winning pies display so we ending up coming back to try it. The place looks like a standard bakery with sweet treat cabinet and a hot food cabinet. They also did have a menu behind the counter. The pie drawer told you which ones were award winning. You grab what you wanted then went to the counter to pay. They had quite a few tables along the window. They didn't have any vegetarian pies left so I ended up just trying the caramello slice instead with a creaming side milkshake. The slice was nice but it wasn't overly sweet like you would expect. Wasn't a big fan of the milkshake though since it didn't have much flavour. It tasted similar to the cookies and cream one my friend got. They did like the pies so probably worth stopping just to grab one.
