New World Online Shopping New Plymouth Central is exceptionally cheaper, better quality and better service than all I've shopped with. They care and are very comprehensive and responsive to needs, very unlike a big corp, shop locally owned business. These guys have been amazing.
They need a better range of single bottle juices. Also don't get the lettuce at the front, it will have been chewed on by birds all day. Still a decent supermarket with fast tills.
Going to this supermarket is always such a pleasure. Well set out and the team are always friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of products and if you cannot find what you are looking for, the team are always more than happy to show you where to find it

Supermarkets like this help make New Plymouth awesome. Harley did a great job helping us find things.
The place is clean and tidy. They have mostly fresh fruits and vegetables available. Also if you have car, you can get discount of 6cents a liter at new world gas station if you purchase anything from there store. So far, this is the cheapest gas in town.

They always have great deals on fruit, vege and the basics. Find our family saves more money doing our shop here then any other supermarket and bonus collect flybuys aswell

Quick gravy and dessert run. Quick in, quick out. Plenty of parking. Cash and card self service; very cool. Not like the place with the stick figure mascott.
Best place to get Ur fuel in the region. Prices in store are a little higher than say pak N save but the store is clean and tidy and I prefer the meat they have here over pak N save and countdown.
Great friendly place to shop. Friendly staff, helpful. Why don't tellers have a bottle of water when needed to keep hydrated especially with the hot weather.
Update... Bought peanut brownies, usually nice. This time hard as rocks.

A good offer is usually a better price for fuel. Other prices have nothing much change from the competitors.
Staff and manager extremely friendly. Shop well set out and always plenty of stock in store. They even greet me by name when I visit. Now that's service! Thank you New World Merrilands.
