New World Online Shopping New Plymouth Central is exceptionally cheaper, better quality and better service than all I've shopped with. They care and are very comprehensive and responsive to needs, very unlike a big corp, shop locally owned business. These guys have been amazing.
They need a better range of single bottle juices. Also don't get the lettuce at the front, it will have been chewed on by birds all day. Still a decent supermarket with fast tills.
Going to this supermarket is always such a pleasure. Well set out and the team are always friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of products and if you cannot find what you are looking for, the team are always more than happy to show you where to find it
EDIT: Re move a star because I have a pretty average experience with checkout supervisor Ashleigh. She was dismissive and seemed unhappy to be working there.
New World is the superior supermarket in New Plymouth. It has everything you need plus extra special treats. It can be more expensive, but if you don't mind that and you prefer quality and a nice supermarket to shop in, then this is the one for you. It also has a cafe with coffee and cabinet foods. Lovely selection of flowers and gift baskets.
My go too when I'm sick of saving at pak n save and want a quiet get a few things. And it has a gas station as well. With 6c discount for $1 spent instore
Supermarkets like this help make New Plymouth awesome. Harley did a great job helping us find things.
The place is clean and tidy. They have mostly fresh fruits and vegetables available. Also if you have car, you can get discount of 6cents a liter at new world gas station if you purchase anything from there store. So far, this is the cheapest gas in town.
Just went for diesel,,, best price on the day with supermarket 6cents off a litre voucher,,,, still best price,,, thanks New World
Always a good time out
They always have great deals on fruit, vege and the basics. Find our family saves more money doing our shop here then any other supermarket and bonus collect flybuys aswell
