Absolutely recommend Seletar. Fantastic service by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was delicious with good portion sizes. We had the chicken wings and satay for starters and they were a hit. The crab was a unique dish worth trying.

Seletar is a new favourite restaurant of mine. A cuisine not common in New Plymouth which is refreshing, with great FoH staff and an inspiring chef. The food is flavourful, colourful and always well presented. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Seletar team for the great experiences

Really authentic cuisine and great for sharing! It’s not super cheap but the quality of food and service is worth it. I would happily eat there weekly and they really care about making your time there fabulous

The food here is absolutely delicious. My wife and I came here on the opening weekend and have been back every weekend since. Some dishes can be a bit spicy, this caught us out the first time as we weren't aware the Singapore food was spicy, so if you don't like spicy food you can ask them to tone it down when ordering. For me who doesn't eat a lot of spicy food, it is just right. Prices are very reasonable. This is now our new 'go to' restaurant.

The Singapore Chilli Crab was very good. I have been going to Singapore regularly since 1975, and one of my usual eating areas is Clarke Quay near one of my favourite hotels 'The Fullerton'. That is where I often eat Singapore Chilli Crab. It is good to know I can eat it now in New Plymouth. Great with Tiger Beer of corse.

I went for the buffet on Sunday and I was blown away. The food had so many levels of flavour and there was heaps to choose from I was very well looked after as the server explained each dish. They use banana leaves and biodegradable napkins and to top it off, ey brought me a beautiful dessert which I never had before. So light and sweet and a perfect way to end.

Had a wonderful meal at Seletar recently. My selection of seafood with mee goreng noodles was truly amazing. My friends also loved their meals and we are definitely going back. The service was also very professional and I applaud Elsa and her team for making our night special.

Seletar is our favourite family restaurant. We are a vegetarian family and Seletar provide great options for us to choose from. The service is friendly and inviting and the restaurant is always very clean and well decorated. We love love love the food (which is the most important part) the flavours are just amazing.
