Good food, GREAT coffee! I love how both omni and vegan are catered for. Had a vegan burrito and it was fab. My only criticism is maybe a bit more sauce.. more sauce is always good. Lovely staff and the environmentally aware aspect I am always happy to pay a bit more for. Definitely recommend.
Just about live here. Fantastic, tasty, health-and-enviro-concious kai. We love it! And they never mind changing up a few things off menu if they can. Great place, great coffee, great food!
Really nice place for a breakfast, lunch or snack, but you need to get here before 3pm when it closes. Unless you leave the mountain early (or go before heading up), you will most like not be able to eat here. I was only able to come because the mountain was closed and my friend knew about the place.
It was full when we arrived but we ordered and eventually got seats before your food was ready.
There is quite a large selection of food which covers many options including vegan. Most of the items are below $20 so not too expensive.
I had the Philly Cheese Steak and it was delicious. Nice amount of well seasoned meat but I thought it would've been nice with more cheese. Definitely a good place to stop by for food if its open.

Nice decor in the diner and decent food. One suggestion would be for the staff to be just a little bit friendlier.
Found it a little strange how the takeaway coffee cups didn't come with lids, maybe they ran out on the day I visited.

Omg, this place really amazing!!! It's so hard to describe what makes it so. The pulled chicken tacos were overflowing with good stuff, great shell, finely chopped onions, thinly sliced apples, great sauce. The NY grilled cheese was to die for as well. Amazing crust, just perfect. I'll eat here whenever I visit Tongariro NP in the future. Coffee and hot choc are also great.
Just awesome! I thought it would be hard to find good vegan food once I left the main cities. But I couldn't have been more wrong. The food is awesome and to top it off they have Havana coffee 🤌
Fantastic vegan choices, I had a breakfast sandwich one day and a reuben the next. NOTE: does not accept foreign credit/bank cards, only NZ bank cards or cash, so be prepared. Location is bright and cute, but few seats available, mostly meant to be take-away.
Best vegan breakfast burger with the tastiest vegan omelette ever! My fiancé and I both thoroughly enjoyed this, keep up the awesome work.

A absolute must when visiting Ohakune. Coffee superb loved the treatment of my takeaway bagel.

I considered the menu to be highly priced for the location.
Staff were courteous but did not get that warm friendly welcome as you do in other cafes, maybe interior matches the staff.
