Review Poderi Crisci - Onetangi

Terry Ross
We traveled from Auckland on the ferry to Waiheke Island to have Sunday long table lunch at Poderi Crisci. Authentic Italian food is served to the table to share and plenty of it. The restaurant made us feel like we were somewhere in Italy, the food was a delicious feast. Allow at least 5 hours. Recommend you drive as all taxi services are not available for pick up after 5pm unless you have pre booked.

We had a 5 course degustation booked. A warm and lovely welcome, their grounds are peaceful and serene. Really encourages you to relax. The waiter assigned to us was nice. We had an initial confusion as we had some dietary restrictions which they didn't listen to fully. Had a pescitarian, 2 that didn't eat beef, and I that didn't eat pork. But got there in the end. Had our request for wine pairing disappear so we lost 1 pairing. The food was nice but we noticed the portion sizes weren't all the same, some of us definitely got more than others. The wines paired were delicious, the food was great. I'd be interested to see what their long lunches are like but perhaps a future trip.

We would like to thank James and the team at Poderi Crisci. We had dinner with their set menu. The food was fantastic and the evening was really special with great service and even a tour of the winery. Would highly recommend and will come back if visiting the island again. All their wines were beautiful so I will definitely be ordering some for home!

An idyllic, Italian inspired vineyard and restaurant with wonderful wine tastings, great food and a fantastic atmosphere. The service was top-notch and we enjoyed getting slightly tipsy over the course of our wine tasting. Wine tastings are free if you purchase a bottle afterwards.

Absolutely fantastic place! Such a stunning venue and amazing staff. We were well taken care of as soon as we arrived (over an hour before they even opened) by James and his capable and friendly crew! Their wine was fantastic accompaniment to our long lunch, which we thoroughly enjoyed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone! Turn up, sit down, enjoy the ambiance and let the restaurant take care of the rest. It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you James and team, we had an amazing time and will definitely be returning.

Enjoyed a spectacular anniversary dinner last night. The degustation menu was excellent and was made even better by the fantastic service we received. The wine menu is perfectly chosen for the food and the surroundings are perfect. It's well worth the drive out of the main town area and we were both so pleased with everything about the night

When lunch isn't a rush and total enjoyment is the goal... Then this is the place. Delicious, flavoursome fare, presented perfectly, with accompanied wines.. No rush, the hours pass without concern as each course is consumed with delight and satisfaction. A perfect lunch in a perfect location.

We had heard many great things about this restaurant so expectations were very high. Unfortunately for us, it did not deliver to merit a 5/5 rating. THE SETTING The restaurant has a rustic / quaint Italian feel and is set in an undeniably gorgeous backdrop. The guests were seated along a row of out-facing benches so that the sunset could be enjoyed. THE FOOD We were there for a degustation dinner. The food was beautifully presented and featured a typical medley of Italian food which did not 'wow' us. The steak course was chewy and Amaretto (or a similar tasting liqueur) was used on one of the main courses and heavily in the dessert. Neither of us happen to be a fan of this liqueur so this does not reflect back on the restaurant. Its just personal taste. THE SERVICE The service was professional and efficient, not overly warm or welcoming. The Maitre d' proceeded to introduce himself to guests with a handshake which included my husband, who I was sitting next to, and he COMPLETELY ignored me. Not even any eye contact. It was incredibly rude and this continued throughout the evening leaving me irate! GETTING THERE A TAXI ride is around NZD80-90 EACH WAY. So it certainly adds to make up an expensive experience. I think the lunch would be better and maybe more relaxed but with our experience we wouldn't go back.

Delicious Food, Attentive Service and Beautiful Location. The gnocchi was the best I have ever had, so light and fluffy. The steak was the perfect size and the sides it came with were delicious. Such a nice vibe when sitting outside.

Very scenic location. Pretty good food, but definitely on the overpriced side, so choose carefully. I would advise to come here and get the bread (pane) and the plate of charcuterie, plus some red wine which is the specialty (the charcuterie pairs well with the red). The tasting menu is basically a combination of a la carte items with no clear price benefit.

Excellent restaurant love the idea of a slow meal and every meal with its own wine locally grown. The service is excellent and this is not a place you eat in a hurry it takes at least 3 hours to go through the excellent meal. Love this restaurant.
Andrea Yiu
Really beautiful, excellent food especially the pasta!! Forgot to take photo of the pasta, the tiramisu is also outstanding! Will definitely recommend if you want some real good Italian food in Waiheke Island!

Everything about this place was amazing, the setting, the food, wine and the staff šŸ‘Œ It was like spending the afternoon in Italy...ā¤ we opted for the long lunch with wine match and so glad we did, everything was so fresh and cooked to perfectionšŸ˜Šthe vegetarian lasagne would have me converted šŸ˜ and the tiramisu is probably the best Ive had šŸ¤© before our last two courses we went for a wonder around the gardens and even had a look and chat with one of the winemakers in the cellar šŸ‘Œ We have been recommended this place from our friends and absolutely can see why they loved it,we are going to recommend it to everyone too šŸ˜Š

Wish I took more photos of the food but it was a lovely experience. The glass of prosecco to start in the garden was a lovely beginning and everything else that came afterwards was brilliant. The food tasted as fresh as they just picked it from the garden.

Long lunch done right. Service was excellent and food was nothing less than spectacular. Recommend it to anyone who visits Waiheke. Looking forward to the next visit.

We had a beautiful meal last night at Poderi Crisci. The strawberry shaved ice was magical and so was the beef aaaand the feijoa tartlet, actually all of it! Great attentive service too!
Mike Hawker
We booked a long lunch here and what a great afternoon we had. The food is stunning and it feels so wholesome to see the areas on their property where the produce is grown. The atmosphere and service was fantastic. Such a fabulous find. We will definitely be recommending the winery and the long lunch option.
Mike Salter
A great location where we had an excellent lunch. The antipasti was terrific and the pasta was great. The wine was super.
Meg Bella
Exceptional service, felt well looked after and the wine was to die for. Grabbed myself a bottle of '17 Ombra which tasted amazing. 10/10 recommend and would come again. Thanks!

WhakamÄ«haro te wairua! Such a joy! Itā€™s is hard to put into words the beauty of the experience we had at lunch yesterday celebrating my dads 85th birthday. The long lunch menu is full some and delicious. The vineyards own rose bubbles and Pino Grigio were the perfect accompaniment. The sun shone the gardens were lush. I was hard to drag ourselves away to be honest. Will be back!
Sarah Mayes
Despite the poor weather, we enjoyed the setting of our long lunch. The service (our waiter in particular) was well below par - if I was rating on service alone, it would be a 2/5. The food was good, but we weren't wowed.
Sharon Griffin
Wonderful afternoon spent enjoying the traditional long lunch. The food was prepared with love and all courses were mouth watering delicious. The staff were very welcoming and attentative and the wine poured freely. Superb surroundings.... we will be back.
Lillian Izawa
Staff is knowledgable and very hospitable. Food was delicious, Tono melted in your mouth. Authentic Italian. A must if you are venturing about waiheke island. Hidden food paradise.
Gary Palmer
The Long Lunch is a must. The location and the food are outstanding and the wine is up there with the best on the island

From i gressini to the meringue dessert the long degustation lunch was absolutely beautiful!!! Delicate, elegant and fragrant, every plate was a feast to the eyes and the palate! The service was very professional and friendly, they first ask if we had any allergy... I am garlic intolerant but they still made a specific lunch for me...challenging in Italian cuisine! The scenery Is also spectacular and the walk in the veggies and herbs garden another treat! Best restaurant experience for a long time, worth the long drive! By the way, I am French, from the South where we are very familiar with Italian cuisine. I love cooking, eating and drinking... We could not have better!

We had our wedding at Poderi on Wednesday, yes I may still be on a high but nothing changes the fact that we had the best day ever and that was possible with every fine detail perfected by James and his crew, the service was flawless, the food divine and the landscape unbeatable and my god! the wines were to die for. Thank you to everyone at Poderi for sending home to Melbourne, two very happy brides.

We had a fabulous time on Easter Sunday enjoying a fantastic time enjoying a long Italian lunch. Gorgeous setting, impeccable food, delicious wine and great company. The service was fantastic.

Absoltuely worth travelling travelling to Waiheke for. Yummy food, drink & service

Was lucky to be taken for Mothers Day. Beautiful set menu. Service was outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend this venue amid the olive trees. Could have been in Tuscany
Sasja Stigter
Enjoyed the long Sunday lunch yesterday, eating outside. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, stroll in the vineyard. Great combination.
Kerry Stewart
This is the 4th time we have had the long lunch at Poderi Crisci. As always a wonderful afternoon of great food and wine in a beautiful setting - you could just about be in Tuscany!

Second visit for 'Long Lunch'. Antonio, James and all the staff all attentive and very helpful. Fabulous food. Great atmosphere.

What a beautiful place to spend a sunny lazy afternoon. We weren't in the restaurant part but the wine tasting room part. Enjoyed a couple of delicious platters and superb wine. Great company, great wine, great atmosphere and wonderful service. Thanks guys xx

Really enjoyed the authenticity of the food and of course the estate itself. Got the beef carpaccio, lam shank and the gnocchi. Gnocchi texture was perfect - soft and doughy. The lamb was fragrant with herbs cooked in between. Even for people who don't enjoy lamb, they'll enjoy this. Carpaccio was decent too. Service is also good. Expected for a nice restaurant like this.

A true gem, a little more secluded in the hills of Waiheke.
It takes a while to get here and once you do, you forget the long trip.
An absolute must do.
Only reason not 5/5 is that the tiramisu could have been better, and the gnocchi did not have the crunch it should have - given it is an authentic Italian restaurant.

Situated on Waiheke Island, about a 25 minute drive from Kennedy Point Wharf, you will find Poderi Crisci, a vineyard and Italian restaurant owned and run by Antonio Crisci and his family. Surrounded by rolling hills and immaculate gardens, together with a stunning setting including an Italian style kitchen, displays of Italian cheeses and cured meats, and copper pots and utensils, you will feel like you are in Tuscany.

The famed Poderi Crisci eventually drew us into its clutches. We decided to sample this Tuscan delight sans kinder, and booked a table in advance. Even though they were fully booked, they managed to squeeze us in, thanks!! The setting is beautiful, quite similar to the Tuscan style setting of Casita Miro. The waiters are excellently Italian, brusque with a touch of irreverence. They were a bit put out when we declined their suggestion of a prosecco aperitif :-) Anyway, we ate Ć la carte, and I ordered the crispy skin salmon, which was succulent and beautifully presented. Overall this restaurant is one of the highlights of the island and am definitely keen to come back for one of their long lunches....

My wife and I, my son and his wife and three young children visited this delightful unusual restaurant set in the most beautiful vineyard and garden. The occasion was News Years Day so we were there to experience their ā€˜long lunchā€™. This is where you simply relax and receive whatever food has been prepared with the most perfectly paired wine from their cellar. We all had the most wonderful time. I imagined I was somewhere in Italy...sorry to leave actually. The service, food and wine was absolutely tops.

Spent the night on the island and looking to tick off another Auckland degustation so we came here. This is their degustation menu they serve on the weekends or nights, sorry I can't remember. We washed it down with their house rosƩ, pinot gris, lemoncello and a grappa.

Everything was pretty good, a lot of long waits though in between courses. Not bad but it didn't blow us away or anything. Service is excellent as well as the ambience.

This is the Italian Tuscany of Waiheke Island, your perfect place to relax and enjoy Italian inspired food and a refreshing cold Peroni. Salute!

It was a wet day but certainly it was worth a visit down the long dirt road where we had lunch. Nice wine good food and excellent service. A great place to spend a few hours.

Dragged a big group of friends here as heard a lot about this place. Everyone was disappointed, felt bad for bringing friends over. The food is average. The lamb was the best meal on the menu from the mains. Only the manager of the place provided a good service. The waiters were unhappy all the way through, stingy for a smile. Overall, would not drive all the way there for an average food and service. Went to Tantalus after and wished we came here in the first place.

We came here for a special occasion and the long lunch was certainly special. From the booking process all the way through the service was delightful - personable, efficient, professional but relaxed and friendly. It's not the easiest (or cheapest) place to get to but once you're there it feels a world away from Auckland and the typical Waiheke vineyards vibe. You could almost believe you were in Italy. My partner is dairy free so as a result we don't eat much Italian but they handled it without any drama or fuss, always a huge relief especially with a preset menu. Personally I'm not the biggest fan of Italian food but this was wonderful - light, fresh and delicious. The lunch didn't last as long as we expected (it was also on a Saturday due to demand so perhaps that is why), finishing at about 2.30pm almost 2 hours earlier than they advise on the website, however we didn't feel rushed at any point. I would happily go back, in fact we're thinking about making a family tradition of it.

I did not appreciate how far the taxi ride from Oneroa to PC was (a $70 cab ride!!), then out of the darkness along the dirt road the lights of the farmhouse appear around a corner. Poderi has the feel of dining in a Tuscan farmhouse kitchen, the roaring fire, the friendly personal service, but the food was delicious combining a rustic simplicity with fine dining touches. The degustation menu was well balanced, easy paced and very satisfying. The staff even organised our taxi back to town afterwards. I highly recommend eating here, it is a tiny piece of Italy less than an hour from Auckland city

I can't afford to go to Italy now, but you can afford the next best thing. Go to Poderi Crisci in Waiheke. This place will make you feel you are literally in Tuscany in the heart of Italy. The food, the wines, the whole vibe and the venue are the closest you can get to a Luxury Agriturismo in Italy. Highly recommended, believe me... totally worth the ferry and the taxi to Poderi Crisci.

One of the best meals EVER! Degustation menu on a Saturday night was the best option on Waiheke island! Service was outstanding with a bit of humour and not over bearing.... But with great knowledge of the wine and menu!

Highlights were the deconstructed traditional Italian salad with eggplant, tomato and buffalo mozzarella, was in love with the Beetroot and ricotta hand made ravioli but the winners were the lamb loin with garlic cream (vampires be ware!) and the apple, pear and rhubarb strudel with homemade vanilla ice cream and orange coulis!

It's worth the hike in a taxi and perfect for large groups! #yumyum #podericrisci!

Big family birthday during the Xmas break and we were all very looking forward to coming over to the island for the day and having a long lunch. Place was busy but not overly so (Wed Dec 29). Seated inside next to the kitchen and an enjoyable amount of activity to observe and be part of. This far down the track the mains I cannot recall however the antipasti, breads, olives and oil were the highlight of the entire meal. Nothing stood out of the mains from the six of us. Wines were very disappointing. The house rose was very unbalanced and acidic. The house Pinot Gris had nothing to offer at all. The glass of older house blended red was oxidised; fortunately the house Shiraz was a winner.
Service was OK, nothing great. The "Italian" waiter who admitted being a local Maori in particular was an absolute classic. Right down to the fake accent. Brilliant.
Decor is getting very tired especially the bathrooms. Location is lovely with the sea further down the valley and scrub in the hills opposite.
Overall very disappointed from someone who loves great food and wine and the anticipation of somewhere people have raved about. All seems very in line with their city venture NSP which has the most advertising of any restaurant in the city (because it's crap?).
I'd look elsewhere for a great food experience if it has to be on the island.

Amazing place. The location, the decor, the staff, the food. The only option available was the degustation and it was fantastic especially when eaten with the matched wines.

Had a wander around the gardens while sipping a sparking Rose', garden to table, all their herbs and vegetables on show and looking amazing.

Highly recommended.

Went here for a celebratory lunch and had a great time. 5 meal degustation and some lovely wine 3 hours passed by quickly. Good was gorgeous and we were served swiftly. Came away very happy with this place.

Very attentive service and the most delicious food - I had ravioli and it was divine. Wine lovely too, and the grounds and restaurant beautiful.

As a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 children), we went to the long lunch on Sunday.Ā Priced at $70.00 per head for adults and reduced rate for children who had 2 courses, was great value.Ā The staff were more than friendly and is set in a lovely valley setting, with a tree house for children to climb and lots of lovely walks.

As it is situated about 30 minutes from the ferry, we found the most economical way for 5 people to get there was to hire a vehicle on the ferry/hire vehicle package for one and family pass for the others.Ā Is quite pricy to catch a taxi or island shuttle for more people (around $20 each return trip).Ā Nice change to visiting other vineyards nearer the ferry and hiring a car allows you to visit other places on the way eg Stonyridge and Onetangi.

This may well be the best food I have eaten in years. Just went with many family members to enjoy the long Italian lunch and loved everything that came to the table.Ā Wine and food were both excellent and memorable, matched only by the garden and views.Ā I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The waiter was incredible. He looked after us from the moment we entered the door. The Stracciatella was delicious and a great starter. Wines were matched perfectly to the meals and the service was efficient and with a smile!
Tom & AprilĀ
Adelaide, Aus.

This is the second time I've been here and if possible, it was even better than the last time.Ā We got the 5 course $70 chef menu and it was worth every penny ... and considering what we got, I would have paid more (but love the price!).Ā First came breads and their own olive oil, poached terakihi in lime, parsley and drizzled in oil and my absolute fav, the whipped buffalo mozzarella with cherry tomatoes and basil - heaven, then followed by beetroot and feta stuffed ravioli cooked to perfection covered in a tomato reduction accompanied with roasted capsicum,Ā roasted strips of pumpkin andĀ aubergine and oliveĀ ratatouilleĀ ... then a fresh salad with the best feta I've ever had that came with tender, succelent lamb wrapped in proscuitto on a garlic puree with courgettes and scalloped potatoes ... followed by tiramisu.Ā This was over about 4 hours but it could come quicker if you wanted but who would want to?Ā The herb garden is gorgous, the vineyard and views so beautiful and the realxed surrounds just complimented everthing.Ā Oh and such awesome staff - my daughter kept getting blown away how her water was being magically topped up but she never saw them do it.Ā I swear I don't know a soul there - I'm just honestly blown away.

Not cheap. But very good! Simple things prepared really well.

Sometimes thats all you need to know!

A nice change to the rip off merchants known locally as 'wineries'.Only annoyance, coffee served almost cold and we just couldn't be bothered complaining or asking for a new one.

We were very much looking forward to coming to Poderi Crisci for a special birthday lunch. We had booked it many weeks in advance.

We started with the entree of meats and dips and breads, which was nice - simple but tasty - probably a little pricey for what it was though. For mains we had the lamb which was lovely and delicate while the fish, which was beautifully presented, lacked flavour.

Everything seemed like it was going well and service was good - with our young attentive waiter being quite helpful. However when it came to ordering our desserts, it all seemed to turn pear-shaped. The maitre'de seemed to get quite flustered at this point, ordering the young waiter this way and that - the poor boy looking quite overworked and largely on his own!

We then had to wait over 50 minutes for our desserts and coffees - reminding the staff three times during that wait. My partner also asked for a candle to put in the dessert (as it was a special birthday). This never came once the desserts finally arrived. There was no apology and this request was totally forgotten.

To add insult to injury, after our long wait, the desserts were both very mediocre. I had tiramisu which I would've hoped would've been excellent from an Italian restaurant but it was the most tasteless that I had ever had. Very disappointing. My partner's apple strudel was also very ordinary.

The staff getting so flustered and forgetting to serve plus the lack-lustre desserts which we waited for almost an hour for, spoilt our experience at Poderi Crisci and as a result, we will probably think twice about returning.

First rate establishment. We were here on Saturday to celebrate my husband's birthday and decided to "Trust the Chef" - opting for the 4 course menu complete with matching wines.... top choice, everything was sublime, and they were happy to work with me and my seafood/fish aversion plus ensured that the duck prosciutto with shaved truffle and Parmesan that I was longing for on the other menu was included. We had a leisurely lunch of more than 2 hours, with very professional yet friendly service and felt we had indeed had a celebratory lunch. The staff had their hands very full with a massive long lunch for one family who were celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary at the long table outside under the awning, the weather turned showery and gusty at one point and the staff rushed around accommodating those who were cold indoors and supplying blankets to those who chose to brave it out, as well as at least half a dozen other groups inside along with ourselves. At no point did they miss a beat, and I'm sure everyone was as happy as we were. The wines were well matched to the menu, of particular note was the Pinot Grigio, something we could do with more of in NZ, and also a very delicious Cabernet Franc/Merlot blend was more than pleasing! Add to this the wonderful decor and ambiance inside, perfectly clean bathrooms, and a delightful rural setting with beautiful gardens and you have a winner. We would return in an instant!

It's out of the way, but that's part of the charm. Lovely relaxing atmosphere; attentive, informed but unpushy service; and a wonderful degustation dinner at a reasonable price. There were two of us eating with a 7 year old grazing off our plates. Some restaurants would baulk at this but PC brought a non-alcoholic palate-cleansing sorbet for the child gratis. Highly recommended for a cozy winter feast or long summer lunch on the terrace.
David Boshier
Off the beaten track would be a good way of describing this place. It is in the middle of nowhere which is hard to do on an island. A group of us headed there for a long lunch birthday celebration and we had a great time. There is a vibrant atmosphere within the restaurant and adjoining kitchen.

We sampled our way through a complete selection from the menu starting with breads and dips ending with pannacotta. My pick was the lamb main.

Get a taxi - you will want to make the most of the trip out there.

I was a little unsure of what sort of experience we were going to have at Poderi Crisci, but as I've trusted the Metro Top 50 before I decided to take a chance and book for my boyfriends birthday dinner.

We were not disappointed! Off the beaten track, sits a fabulous homely kitchen and bar restaurant. Perfect lighting and Italian music created a wonderful ambience for us diners. We were served by a knowedgable and attentive waiter, who guided us through the 6 course degustation menu with matching wines. The service was impeccable, the entire menu a delight and the wines tasty and well matched with each course. I was particularly impressed with the design of the menu; we were completely satisfied and neither too full, nor left wanting more. The size of the dishes were just perfect. All of this attention and food heaven lasted over 3 hours; we weren't rushed at all leaving us time to enjoy and savour what was a fabulous dining experience.

We dine out a fair bit, and have had our fair share of degustation and this is by far the best all round experience we've had in New Zealand to date.

It's well worth the drive out! We hope to return on another visit soon.

What a fantastic afternoon! Not just the food but the staff make this place. We were seated outside to enjoy the view, ordered a heap of entrees as a starter between four of us and instead of jamming our table full, the maitre de (I think owner too?) bought a small table to sit beside us. The service was exceptional - the lady (wife?) suggested items and wines that didn't disappoint and gave us a sample of their Chardonnay which I normally don't like but did enjoy. The food was delicious. We must have had 10 or more different dishes to share and each was almost as good as the other - all different tastes. The perfect end was the crispest pastry on a pear and apple strudel ... OMG! I will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone ... just a shame it is so far away!

Took a group of 17 here for the long lunch recently. We all enjoyed the food & the wines very much.
The service was faultless with staff attentive & informative about each of the dishes they were serving to us.
Many of us started with the Sparkling Rose "Ombra", continued with the Pinot Grigio, then either the Chardonnay or the Viburno.
To conclude a marvelous day out, they offered us a complimentary Lemoncello which was delicious.
A bit pricey but hey it is a bit off the beaten track & they must have high freight costs & a bit of difficulty retaining trained staff
Gwyneth
We had a wonderful relaxed Sunday long lunch. The service was welcoming and friendly - just right. The Pinot gris was superb, really lovely however none of the reds grabbed us (they gave us tasters of all of three!), could we suggest they do a contra deal with Passage Rock for their Syrahs. The food was lovely, nicely paced and thoughtfully presented. We had to force ourselves to slow down and allow the whole experience to last the nearly four hours we were there. It's a beautiful position - possibly a sign at the turnoff would have helped us to know we were in the right place.
Frances-Rose Ross
That Pinot Grigio is the best I've tried and the wait staff know all about it because they work in the vineyard also. the fish went perfect with the wine as they recommended and overall a place I'm going back to HEAPS
Sarah
Lovely setting but thats really all there is.

I think the waiters could have been good but the maitre d' was determined to control their every move and basically made the entire experience terrible. We waited far too long for our wine and never had an opportunity to order food, or another glass of wine. We could hear people at the next table complaining and another table were delivered food which they hadn't even ordered.

The cellar door was a waste of time - the person doing the wine tasting obviously found dealing with more than four people too hard so he just didn't bother.

I wish we'd read the Metro magazine review first otherwise we would not have bothered going all the way out there!

Top, top, top place. Excellent food and service.

A group of us went here for a birthday and loved it.
The surroundings and grounds are beautiful.
After seeing all the drying meats, my company were super excited to get eating, I on the other hand was worried how they would cater to a vegan. Looking at the menu, I could see it would be impossible for me to eat here, so I spoke to the waiter.
He advised we try the La Fiducia dello Chef: trust the Chef to prepare 4 courses. The waiter went to speak to the chef about whether he was willing to cater to a vegan. He came back saying the chef has never cooked vegan and was really looking forward to playing around to create a great meal for me. My whole group felt so well taken care of when we dined here. The atmosphere is very family like and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. When you break it down, Poderi is reasonably well priced $120 for 2, including 4 glasses of wine each.

It is so nice to see a restaurant really take care with their food, you can see and taste the passion and love that goes into everything the chef makes. I loved it at Poderi Crisci, everyone was so friendly, the food was amazing and the grounds were breathtaking. I 100% recommend whether you are vegan or not.
