So lucky we found this hidden gem! Beautiful food with free range meat! Amazing service and atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back for dinner and again for our function later this month.

Many of us work by ourselves at home, so it was so wonderful to have a Christmassy get-together to celebrate our achievements this year, support each other and have a delicious lunch 😊 The food was delicious and the service was perfect. I loved that you said everyone’s names when you served each meal, rather than saying what the meal was. That was a lovely touch thank you.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I must say, their charcoal chicken is absolutely exceptional! The seasoning and marination are spot on, adding depth and richness to the chicken that's hard to find elsewhere. The sides that accompanied the charcoal chicken were equally impressive. What truly stood out, aside from the mouthwatering food, was the impeccable service. Food is always delicious, greeted with a smile, great drinks selection, freshly revamped menu, my favourites still remain! I’ve always intended to take photos, but I end up eating it too quickly. The garlic bread with house made hummus, so simple but so good. Steak is consistently cooked to perfection. So many worthy dishes, need a mention, the flavour balance is so good. These guys deserve to flourish, after the constant road works they were hit with. The food and the quality of the service is always so pleasant and I’m definitely a repeat customer because of it

We were really impressed with the food. The garlic bread starter with homemade hummus is absolutely delicious with a charcoal flavour, the chicken breast main was juicy and the fish was also pretty good. Generous portions and really well-priced. Service was friendly and quite prompt.

We are regulars at Someplace Else (at least twice a month if not more) and the food NEVER disappoints. Such consistently amazing food and love the new additions to the menu. Can’t wait to try them all out - although can’t seem to go past the Calamari and the Grilled prawns every single time. Can highly recommend this establishment. Nav and his team are amazing. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

1st time in this hidden little gem, awesome atmosphere chatting with the locals looking out at the beach. Food was great, we had the Market Fish, and it had great portions, and was reasonably priced. If we weren't heading back to Texas, we'd be back to try the Ribs which appeared to be the most popular choice. The only reason I didn't go full 5 stars is because we wanted vegies with one of the meals, and we weren't able to substitute.

Absolute Devine, great service all round from young male waiter & manager with opening doors, making sure everything was fine with food etc, & the food was so delicious we will definitely return & recommend to others. Nice music tracks too that helped create a relaxed ambience while being “real” music. Good to have a view of the water & we just really enjoyed this place all round.

Awesome food and fair price! For $100, you can pretty much feed a young family (with no drinks) in 2021! Highly recommend the pork ribs and garlic bread! Smoke chicken is subject to personal taste but I love it too! Steak is ok.

My partner and I really enjoyed our dining experience here, the staff were a pleasure, attentive and friendly. Great location, and the food was delicious. The lamb cutlets were moist and tender, the charcoal ribs melt in the mouth. Highly recommended. Why not go Some place else for a change?

Pretty decent, just go for food from the grill, dont go for any of the fried food (they can tailor the fried fish to be grilled instead, which i recommend). We had the Lamb chops, the Pork ribs, Garlic chilli prawns (not overly recommended), and the fish.

The most tender calamari that I have ever eaten!!! Literally melted in your mouth!! Ribs were super tender and tasty. Both worth going back for again.

Delicious charcoal chicken - juicy, great flavour with generous sides. We had this takeaway as a picnic on the beach - yum, healthier alternative to fish and chips. Will be back for sure, thanks Someplace Else.

We went there as it’s the closest restaurant to our house and were surprised by the food there. We had never been there before even though it’s just a minute walk away from our house. The food there was so delicious. We loved the chicken wings. Definitely going back for those.

We had a family lunch a few Sundays ago at Someplace Else and we just LOVED it! We loved the food, the service and the beautiful interior and feel of the place. Chef Nav made sure we had the best experience with his personalised service and amaaaazing food. Our son especially loved the lamb and asked for a photo with the Chef. This is our new favourite Sunday lunch place and will definitely be back again. Thank you to the lovely team at Someplace Else!

We decided to pop in here for dinner. Delicious food. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend the Moroccan lamb chops. Devine. Loved the tiramisu as well. Wish we'd taken photos of the main meals.
