Lovely little spot in Orewa. Very friendly owner Larry, who suggested the chicken roll and chicken livers for the hubby. Portions were huge. Huge chicken roll in a fresh Portuguese roll dripping with sauce. Fresh spicy chips. And hubby loved the spicy chicken livers. Definately recommended. Even the little one enjoyed her chicken nuggets.

Best Food on the Coast! (That's saying something coming from me as I am a total Foodie!) Rice and coleslaw are to die for, Exceptional Peri Peri Sauce, healthy and fresh meals with incredible family-owned service! I just LOVE this place! Perfect for families and for those looking for healthy options!

Fantastic food! Great flavours. Had the Peri Peri Chicken, Lemon and Herb Chicken and Ribs. All of them were very very good. Loved the fries and definitely want more of the Onion rings. Will be back.

The only Portuguese restaurant and takeaway in Auckland and it doesn't disappoint. What a great atmosphere, fantastic and friendly staff and a mouthwatering menu. From ribs to their famous chicken this place is a must. Highly recommended

I must say our firsted time order here and I must say what amazing food and we used the delivery service and it was great service. We will definitely order here again. Love the ribs and chicken. Will definitely recommend to my friends. 10/10 stars if I could.

Having worked and lived in Mozambique for a few years, I can say that this is as close as you will get to the real thing. Families, try out the big picnic box, it's so good and you get a mix of everything. Awesome place great people and better food.

Portugrill is an absolutely amazing takeaways with options for everyone! I love the authenticity that they offer, and at the same time they still try there best to cater for a broad audience. Hands down best takeaway Orewa has to offer, can not recommend it more!!

Beautiful charcoal grilled chicken and ribs. And the chips are good. Can't wait to come back and get a feast to eat on the beach. ❤️ (I don't often give five stars, seriously I'm still thinking about their ribs and chicken lol)

Been back 4 times in 2 weeks and we don't often eat out. Love the ribs, lemon chicken, tandoori chucken sooo juicy. Ooh and the chips are perfectly cooked and seasoned. 🍟You guys need to check this place out. It is our go to for lunch n dinner now.
