Great place for lunch. Good food and boutique wine spirits and cider all made on site from the organic orchard on the property. Fuĺly licensed.

My friends and I came across this lovely little country cafe by chance as it is not well signposted. Just 300 metres off the main highway.  Although the menu is not large what they offer is tasty. I ordered the mushrooms and chorizo on toast, well flavoured and tasty plus a slice of homemade lemon pie, yum, and an equally good latte.  My friends enjoyed their food as well, gourmet sausages chips an salad,  crossiant and soufle dessert. Wine by the glass was generous and wellpriced,  This is a delightful place to relax  outside in the  country garden atmosphere,
They also have a sales table with apples, lemons, and apple cider vinegar.
And cater for groups by arrangement.
Quick friendly service.
We would definatly go back.

A lovely cafe in a lovely garden setting. Service is kind & attentive & dietary restrictions can be catered for especially if notice is given. The regular fare includes gluten free toasted sandwiches, a gluten & dairy free citrus cake & soy milk coffees. Extras include apple products for sale.

If you like calvados spirit and apple cider, organic made, it is worth to pay a visit...and some Romanian flavoured dishes to accompany the drinks! Thumb up!

Excellent place for a Sunday lunch with family. The food is outstanding and their local made brandy a must in your bar.

This cafe is only slightly tucked away off SH1, but what a treat on a sunny clear day. They have an indoor space with toys for children and a quiet garden to enjoy. The BLT I ordered was a generous size and the coffee was good. They have craft wine/gins/liqueurs. The range isn't huge but it's seasonal and delicious. Very happy to give tastings too. Went in for a coffee and walked away with a few bottles.

Lovely stop in for a coffee, service was good even though it was quite busy, they were very kind and allowed us to fill our water tank on our van! Lots of fresh fruit to buy as well, and an assortment of wines and ciders! Definitely a good place to stop

The food was really tasty. I had a halloumi salad and my husband had the homemade sausages and chips. We also did a wine tasting. Amazing organic wines. Wonderful service the owners are lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Not only the food, the service and atmosphere are great but there selections of organic tea if you fancy. I even notice organic veges added to my dish! Also this cafe is the closest to the first off ramp of northbound Pekapeka Otaki expressway.

Such a lovely family run café. The outdoor garden is a lovely spot to sit & relax. Remus gave us a great wine / Liqueur tasting his organic drinks are a must try. My favorites were definitely the Apple wine & Raspberry liquor. Lily makes a lovely coffee and the cheese muffins were amazing too. We can't wait to go back.

This is a family friendly, unpretentious, cafe with excellent food and welcoming hosts who really care for their guests. Highly recommended for a family lunch. (The home-made sausages are a real treat).

Beautiful gardens out the back. Hosts are friendly and laid back. Food is above average. The fresh squeezed apple juice is good, but would be better cold. Do try the home made cider and brandy, it'll knock your socks off.

Nice and quiet with a lovely garden area. Good food and selection of organic produce. Great value. Not a trendy cafe; more down to earth and quirky. Laid back. Recommend for a change
