I don’t quite understand why people are giving you such a low feedbacks. We had 2 times experience at your restaurants; Pakuranga and Parnell. Both times food was consistent and very tasty. Chips were perfect.
We had 6 different burgers and they were mouth friendly big time. I think that some people here are just to kill their boring life giving negative feedback.
If I could complain about anything it would be the cheese. Too much fat content, dripping fat on your hands. Change the cheese!

Also, toilets need attention, went to wash my hands and ohhh, oh no. Both places.
If we (3 of us) were very picky; not enough garlic in aioli sauce.

Burgerfuel always the right choice when I crave for good quality burger. Though the price is higher than those burger chains, you will get big burger with good quality. Pakuranga branch was good and clean. Service was fast. Tried new fricken roast burger, it was just alright. Not quite what I expected but love the Kumara fries so much - they were soooo good!
We got the American muscle which came with a beef patty, pickles, and cheese. It tasted delicious! Also got the bacon backfire which came with chicken and bacon which was decent. We preferred the beef burger over chicken. We also enjoyed the kumara fries!
It wasn't too busy when I came by and was greeted by the person behind the counter while I was still looking through the menu on the wall. Once I was ready to order he was also ready to take it.
I ordered two burgers and a side of kumara fries and it took about 20 minutes to get it. I had it take away and was given a table number so I could sit and wait for it.
Burger itself was large and quite tasty. I really liked the onion rings on the Roadster. The kumara fries weren't as crispy as I liked but still good with the aioli. It came to around $35 for the meal.
Burgers are always fresh and service is always good! Did not wait long at all for our meals despite them being busy!! Will happily come here again soon!! Biofuel for me and American muscle for my daughter did not disappoint!!
Been here a few times ... best service all the times... their presentation of burger is much better than other burger fuels . This time himanshu served us and his customer service was very good
Our meals was pricey as f#+$ for 1 🍔 fries n drink burg was good enough service was st8t up n down the barstard burger 😂 lol lighting was good in side not to bright

I didn't want the default aioli with my fries and asked for tomato ketchup instead but got charged 70 cents to do so. Was a bit disappointed by that but that's the only negative experience I can say I had.
My boyfriend tried the new burger on promotion,Smack n cheese and said it was just above average. Looked great though!
This is the second time I've eaten here and I will definitely visit again in the future. I ordered the meal online which was quite convenient. Burger Fuel has a clean and well-designed restaurant with an inviting eating area to sit at. From its design, I felt the place had a professional atmosphere. An enthusiastic staff member served me when I came to pick up the orders and they were happy to package the meals before serving. I felt that I received good customer service. We ordered three burgers: Bio Fuel, Third Pounder with Cheese and the Bambina. To sum it up, the burgers were thick, satisfying, meaty and filling. The burgers are not really oily, unlike other burgers I've tasted. Their Spud Fries taste good with the Aioli. The only thing is the menu was a little pricey. Overall I had a pleasant experience from this restaurant.
I would recommend this place to all. The food was fantastic and really authentic. Truly New Zealand beef was the best. The manager is really accommodating and kind. Pakuranga branch is the best of all Burger Fuel out there. Thumbs up👍🏻

Kumara fries coated with batter and crispy were by far the best kumara fries I've enjoyed at any BurgerFuel. Period!
Jalapeño hornet burger was made perfectly. Ought to be made a permanent addition to the chook burger line up.
By far one of the best burger joints. A couple of weeks ago they messed up my order but were quick to address the issue and rectify it. Dined here again last night and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, the most divine chips and aoli and the bacon backfire (which has brie cheese) is an absolute must! Keeping this as a regular.
Can't go wrong with the food, so delicious! And the atmosphere and service is always on point too! I especially loved their new turbo rash fries! Please give it a try!

As a vegan, I struggle to find a fast food place that makes good burgers, as rich and with melted cheese as I found here. So it's very positive.

Bought an american muscle with the turbo-rash fries and I kid you not, I was in heaven! I've had the american muscle before but it didn't make an impression until now! So good. And the fries...I'm definitely ordering it again. Love the wasabi mayo and furikake topping 🥰.
It's amazing to order a delicious fresh burger and fresh spud fries on a nice sunny day. Everything was just right, the service was excellent, and the food quality was at high standard. Strongly recommend!
