even though it is a sushi shop, all meals are so nice, and I love the cookies!

Nice and fresh sushi! We like that there’s a GF section and so far haven’t had any issues with it. Tried the ramen the other day - a little salty for my liking but it was a big serving. Service was friendly and nice too. Would come here often to get sushi for lunch as it’s nice and easy

The most amazing sushi place ever! Their cooked meals are to die for. Amazing lovely staff who will do anything for you. If I could I would buy my lunch everyday from here. Love it so much!! ありがとうございます！

Have eaten here multiple times from the cabinet and the menu, food is always fresh and customer service is top notch.

We took the two kids here for dinner. One of the kids is gluten free but the server got the manager to come out and explain exactly what was GF on the menu which was very helpful. They were also happy to make fresh sushi rolls. The food was provided very quickly (this made the kids happy!) and was very tasty. The yaki soba beef was also great. Overall a great place for an easy meal with the kids.

Excellent food. What they didn’t have left they just made it fresh for us. Nice atmosphere too with quality, comfortable seating.

Never been to a Japanese with such a cool atmosphere. Lil' bit cold but the whole vibe you get from the store is just something I can't even put into words. The food also pulls its own weight. Really good bang for the buck. Will definitely pop over when I'm in Tauranga 🙌 stay awesome guys!

Incredible fresh colourful well presented and delicious sushi! Best I've had in the Bay. To top it off, the bathrooms were spotless! Nice clean premises. I've looked through the reviews for Hello Sushi and noticed some one star reviews from employees of the great spice restaurant across the road. They are obviously trying to damage the reputation of their competition. I was a regular customer of great spice but I will never be going back to either of their stores again. Not a problem for me, I'll be going to Hello Sushi instead for a delicious Vege Donburi.

We have had 3 experiences here, last nite we placed a phone order, again everything has been fresh & hot. Really happy they have chosen to open in papamoa, Thank-you for giving us a new option. We will absolutely remain going to this eatery & recommending it. What is really unfortunate thou, is two of the bad reviews(food poisoning) on here are from the manager & staff of Great Spice restaurant across the road. This is a shame as we have always really liked Great Spice, now I am immensely disappointed by these tactics.

Absolutely love Hello Sushi in Pāpāmoa! My husband and I have been here 3 times now and order something new off the menu each time. The food is tasty, cooked well and nice and hot. Lovely friendly staff! Highly recommend!

The Japanese menu is quite extensive and what I had was very tasty. It is cafe style eating with minimal service. No licence. Will try take away next time.

Have only tried the cabinet food but it was lovely and fresh. Good service and they were happy to make me up something specific for the kids. Have eaten here twice and will definitely go back again.

Ramen is full of flavour and plenty of juice at the bottom. Sushi is always so fresh and never stale. Complementery water as well. Cheap. Tables always cleared straight away. Always making more food. Love this places so so good and cheap.

Wow, huge selection of food from the counter as well as a menu variety. Great prices, clean store and lovely staff. I will definitely be back!
