even though it is a sushi shop, all meals are so nice, and I love the cookies!

Nice and fresh sushi! We like that there’s a GF section and so far haven’t had any issues with it. Tried the ramen the other day - a little salty for my liking but it was a big serving. Service was friendly and nice too. Would come here often to get sushi for lunch as it’s nice and easy

Great tasty, lovely staff, many different choices. Been a few times always looks and taste Fab. Thank you to Zuko? For the beautiful fresh platters picked up for Mum's funeral last Sunday. If you're in Papamoa/Tauranga for holidays or live...try..you won't be disappointed. All the BEST for 2023 🥰🌹🙏💌

We took the two kids here for dinner. One of the kids is gluten free but the server got the manager to come out and explain exactly what was GF on the menu which was very helpful. They were also happy to make fresh sushi rolls. The food was provided very quickly (this made the kids happy!) and was very tasty. The yaki soba beef was also great. Overall a great place for an easy meal with the kids.

Excellent food. What they didn’t have left they just made it fresh for us. Nice atmosphere too with quality, comfortable seating.

Never been to a Japanese with such a cool atmosphere. Lil' bit cold but the whole vibe you get from the store is just something I can't even put into words. The food also pulls its own weight. Really good bang for the buck. Will definitely pop over when I'm in Tauranga 🙌 stay awesome guys!

Incredible fresh colourful well presented and delicious sushi! Best I've had in the Bay. To top it off, the bathrooms were spotless! Nice clean premises. I've looked through the reviews for Hello Sushi and noticed some one star reviews from employees of the great spice restaurant across the road. They are obviously trying to damage the reputation of their competition. I was a regular customer of great spice but I will never be going back to either of their stores again. Not a problem for me, I'll be going to Hello Sushi instead for a delicious Vege Donburi.
