Cafe Fika - Patea - Photo album

I called in to get a takeaway coffee while on a road trip. This cafe is sited across the street from the public toilets so handy for making one stop. The food looked good but I didn't try any. The room looked great with little pockets of decor to attract the eye. Comfy arm chairs to sit on while wai
We had breakfast here and it was delicious! Serving sizes are decent and staff are friendly. I had a pumpkin and spinach pie that was full of flavour, and my partner had a hot chocolate and pancake stack covered in gooey goodness. A great spot in Pātea.
Stopped in for lunch. Beautiful meal, great service. Recommend stopping here if you need a rest and a wonderful meal.
We had a great time. The staff member that served us was delightful. The biggest smile you could wish for. The 30 minutes we spent there we were laughing. What more can you expect. Unfortunately it was her last day and she's off to live in Aussie
nice cafe, perfect for a stopp on your trip. we had good coffee & a yummy lemoncake. the staff was friendly.
Warm and inviting cafe. Coffee good and food selection good. Had a chocolate slice - very tasty, not dry, and good portion size with a good solid chocolate icing. It was quite sweet for us, so we only needed to eat half the portion at a sitting. Being sweet for us did not detract from enjoyment. it
Lovely ppl, cute café and great food!
Nice stop off on our trip to New Plymouth, delicious selection of food snacks and coffee. The interior was surprisingly spacious and comfortable.
Stopped here on our way back up country. Great food great coffee lovely staff. The mince and cheese pie was superb as was the vanilla slice. Def stop off again
Great little cafe, worth the stop. Sausage rolls are on point, as is the mocha (they’ll even do it iced for you as a real iced mocha - not any of that half a**ed nonsense where they just put a shot of espresso over ice and top it up with watery milk - I’m talking a proper blended mocha with vanilla
Kaboom!!!! you gotta try the sausage rolls and Poaka ..... deliciousness all round
Wonderful cafe. The coffee as well as the food were fantastic. The 3 ladies working were also super nice and friendly!
Very nice meals done here..I would recommend it to anyone..little expensive but worth it in the end...keep up the good work café fika and team👍
We managed to stop here twice on our road trip. Friendly staff, excellent selection of food and we recommend the veg frittata along with lemon muffins. All in house cooking and good coffees also.
Nice little café. We had fritata and leek&kumara pie and both were delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere here as well. And wifi!
Try the Vanilla Slice and Sausage Rolls. Toasted sandwiches great also. Just to die for. All the food looks so appetizing. Would recommend.
Great place for good food and service. Dropped in for sandwiches to take down to the beach, ended up with two big wonderful very tasty ham and salad sammies! Looks like a cosy place for a sit down! Next time!
Awesome cafe, great food in a handy location would recommend
So busy with a big traffic delay, they were overloaded with customers with few staff on. Still put on great food and showed incredible patience with some of the rude public. Totally commend and recommend!
