Probably the best gluten free shop I've ever been in. So many gluten free products! They also make loads of fresh food like pies, quiches, cakes, and pastries. We had a pie heated up for us which was delicious. The staff were super friendly too. Literally everything in the shop is 100% gluten free

What a gem Petone is very lucky to have this business. I have never been into a bakery with such a large range of gluten free delights. We had custard squares donuts and pies. The owners were helpful and knowledgeable. Can't wait to visit this place again you are very lucky Wellington. Should say eat in, takeaway breads and can also order online.

I’ve been in NZ for a month and finally got to have my first meat pie :) amazing crust texture, delicious filling! I understand why they have GF signs all over the shop - it’s hard to believe when it’s this good!!

Love this place! Have visited a few times on trips to Wellington. Absolutely awesome fresh gluten free food. Heaven on a plate for a coeliac. Always craving their custard squares! A great selection of international gf goodies in their retail section. Also able to order my treats online no problem at all. Great experience! 😊

Love this place. I have found things here I never thought I would eat again. Staff are awesome, especially the lovely lady who normally serves (with a smile). I went there on my birthday, my partner made a passing comment, next thing I know I'm being sung happy birthday by the them and being presented with a cupcake 💞

What a find. This place is a treasure for the gluten-free. I buy things for my brother here as he is coeliac. Great service. Wish you guys were in Central Wellington. Pies and donuts are amazing.

Sooooo exciting to have somewhere where everything is GF! Such a good variety of gluten free food - treats, larder essentials, savoury treats, cakes! Wide variety of Schär food which all the European coeliacs will be familiar with!Every coeliac MUST go and come away with an awesome selection of safe food.

Vanilla birthday cake with chocolate icing was an absolute crowd pleaser with the classic taste of your grandma’s cake. Very impressive they were able to make the cake so light and fluffy purely gluten free! Highly recommended. We were lucky enough to get one freshly cooked - next time we’ll see if we can arrange that again. This is the real deal in terms of coeliac friendly - no loose flour in the whole kitchen - the whole shop is gluten free. Also, Kim ran out of the shop and down the street and knocked on my car window to give me my debit card which I dropped on the way out - what a champ.
