Delicious cocktails with a window view to watch people queue up for burgers next door. The place is buzzing and the cocktails are definitely delicious. We didn’t order food but got complementary bar snack. Great place to have a drink after the heavy burger next door. Drinks are slightly pricey but it’s a bit tourist hub so expected so. Seating can be a bit uncomfortable if you are sitting on the high stools for a long time.
In Queenstown it felt like Ferg’s anything is THE PLACE to go to. No matter whether it’s Fergsburger, Mrs Fergs, Fergs Baker or Ferg’s bar, it’s like everything this Ferg company touches turns to gold.
This morning we went to Ferg’s Bar for breakfast. We ordered the smoked bacon hash, w added haloumi and mushrooms. Really nice food, although it is a bit expensive for what we got.
Loved that the freshly squeezed orange juice was so boujee, they used one perfectly formed piece of square ice for our glass of juice 🤣🍊
Great cocktails and friendly staff. It can get busy at times but if you can get in definitely worth having a cocktail or two or more.
They had the best mulled wine and delicious cocktails. Loved the atmosphere.

We stopped at Ferg's Bar to use food vouchers provided on our tour. Fergs is actually 3-4 locations all called Fergs... We were able to try even more craft beer and get a great lunch. We had 30$ in unused vouchers which could not be accepted as tips, so we bought the guy at the end of the bar his meal and beer. Because it is so well known, the locations were all fairly busy. I think if we were here in the off season, this would become one of our favorite places.
Our server, Linus, was absolutely wonderful. Some of the best service I’ve received. I came in a group of 5 and we spent the night questioning him on cocktails and he was able to provide us with very detailed explanations on each drink. All we had to do was give our vague preferences and he found the perfect drinks for each of us - no one was disappointed. The drinks were so unique but amazing and they had a very wide selection. Linus went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best night and I will forever recommend the bar because of his service.
Drink selection was great. Service was good. Tiny room for improvement for the Ferg's. Can't give the best establishment no room to improve.
We didn't get a lot of attention from the tenders or waitress.
Could close the front door to keep the bar warm. Maybe a small fireplace for atmosphere?
Overall still a great place. We did come here when it was quite empty though.
We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here, so much so that we came back the next day for breakfast as well. The staff were very friendly and the food was perfection. I got a delicious eggs Benedict and the ricotta pancakes. Both were exceptional. Highly recommend!!
Kevin, was an incredible and knowledgeable bar tender. Was able to speak with us deeply of his spirit knowledge and produced a masterpiece of flavour you see in the photo.

The cocktails were absolutely delicious and a good price! Linus was very kind and attentive. He was very knowledgeable about the cocktails on offer and gave us recommendations to our tastes! We had a great evening
