Very nice food, Fisherman's Basket was excellent, also ordered Steak Sandwich and Beef Sliders (from Kids Menu) for the family. All were delicious and very substantial. Atmosphere and some of the local history was brilliant, pool table was free and plenty of kids toys and nicknacks to keep them amused. Cider was tasty and cold. Highly recommended

The Millers Rest was the old Rai Tavern and has opened refurbished with new owners and a fully fenced playground. great stop halfway between blenheim and nelson to stretch the legs and quench the thirst. awesome loaded wedges.

Travelling between Nelson and Marlborough this is a must stop for a meal. The toilets are iconic for this area. .. inside the pub and outside. Will definitely be back.

Only stopped by for something cold to drink, but what a lovely experience to find what seemed to be the local family pub filled with parents and little ones. Very helpful staff and food looked great... sure it was tasty.

I took my two sisters for dinner tonight on the way home from Nelson to our home town of Blenheim and called at the last minute we had a steak dinner it was to die for fantastic we said we will be going back in the future the staff are great food Fantastic and a cold beer went down great also. Excellent! One of the best veggie burgers I have had. Great to see a wide range of locals and travellers coming in for a meal and a drink. The pub has a great kiwi feel whilst being clean, cosy and welcoming. Love it!
