Very nice atmosphere. It is surrounded by palms with a lovely courtyard, an absolute hidden gem. So you feel like you are at the secret cozy cafe that not many people knows! People seems come from the building next to the cafe, but I can also recognize some families enjoying food as well. Friendly staffs, great food and drinks. The tacos that I ordered was good! Cost performance is good, and it fills you up. I also bought some muffins and other desserts, that looked yummy for my friends.

Great coffee and service. Don’t wait for 2nd rate coffee if you are at Novotel or Ibis, walk across the road to Pronto where they serve you with a smile and limited wait times rather than 20 minutes plus at the hotel. Great coffee great service.

Had a nice breakfast with my gf. Got the 40$ voucher for 20$ though the Grabone, which makes this awesome breakfast cheaper than food in McDonald's: 2 eggs Benny with 2 large coffees would cost you really just around 20$ for two people... Spicy prawn dumplings were great) Ps - voucher doesn't cover the salmon in the dish (which is written in voucher conditions), so I paid separately for that ;)

Service was nice and food also good there over all I like it.

Was Absolutely Delicious. Service was Great. Friendly Workers. Beautiful Atmosphere. Will Definitely go there again. Btw I had d Big Breakfast,n my Daughter had d Kids French Toast.Definitely Scrummy. Went the Third time around,n there was no more Kids French Toast.Pity because that was my Daughters Most Fav. Nice Place to have Breaky,or Brunch though. Thank u once again.

We had a Grabone voucher and used it for brunch today. The squid (karaage) was the best that I have tasted my entire life! My partner had the eggs benny and he enjoyed it very much. The food definitely worth paying the full price. We will come back.

Honestly one of the best places I've eaten at in a long, loooooong time! Food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Service was fast, friendly and hassle free. Well spread out seating and a lovely courtyard. If you're staying at Ibis/Novotel make sure to stop in here!

Food was really good but first cup of coffee was not hot so didnt complain & ordered & paid for second cup of coffee & that was great lovely and hot

Open unlike many cafes after 3pm. Reasonable cup of tea with huge delicious berry muffin for $7.50.

We came here for our work function, the food was exceptionally good, and the service was excellent! Especially enjoyed the poke bowl.

Fab cuppa tea, good scrambled eggs tasty bacon but I should have asked for crispy bacon and well toasted bread

Just ordered takeaway from Pronto Eatery & had their Chicken Katsu with miso sauce ($2 upgrade), it was the best chicken katsu I've ever had! The miso sauce is just absolutely delicious, rich yet mellow! Unfortunately I was so hungry that I forgot to take a photo but will definitely post a photo again when I order my next one!!!

Pronto offers an Asian fusion menu, with a Japanese twist. Impressive high quality food and great service. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. <br/><br/>I thoroughly enjoyed the Kinoko Mushroom Udon Pasta with Grilled Prawns. For mushroom lovers, you’ll thank me for introducing you to this beautiful dish. Yummy! Yummy!!

If I can, I will give 4.5 star. Staff always smiling, friendly, helpful, and very polite. Food iis very flavoursome, tasty. Portion size just right. The only 0.5 star I deduct is I wish they can close a bit later than 6pm. Anyway, great place to go to.

Came in for brunch today with a friend. Tried the smashed chicken meatballs and the wakame quinoa salad. The meatballs were glazed with teriyaki and were in the shape of a patty. Wakame quinoa salad had a sour vinegar dressing in and helped increase my appetite for the day. The outdoor seating was really lovely. We could see the palm trees and the other plants around ascot.

A spacious cafe inside next to the Ascot Hospital. You can enjoy a bit of sunshine while brunching in the courtyard. <br/><br/>The udon pasta was something quite unique, the noodles were tasty with the mushroom sauce. Sided with salad and different spices of mushroom.<br/><br/>The egg benedict was nice as well. The bread was fresh, the hollandaise sauce was light and buttery. <br/><br/>Their flat white was excellent and tasted very smooth. Beautiful open courtyard surrounded by palm trees, a premium getaway from the city life! Great spot for brunching with family & friends, or a afternoon drink in the sun. Japanese influence on a modern cafe bar menu at an incredibly reasonable price(especially in Auckland)!

Great atmosphere with great food. Staff are kind and helpful. Good selection of food on the menu as well as there is a bar for the later nights.

This is an eatery that is probably less well known to the general public - but it is a hidden gem! They do really nice coffees, the service is great and food is fresh. <br/><br/>The interior is clean and well lit. Will come by again in the future. <br/><br/>

Went there a couple of times, love the tea there! They have honey which is not always the case in some of the best Coffee place in Auckland<br/>Enjoy seating outside & the staff were nice and helpfull. will be back!

Really lovely cafe! Friendly staff, always feel very welcome here. I love the prosciutto and yuzu marmalade toastie, good flavours and well presented. Delicious coffee too! Will definitely be visiting regularly.

Great spot! Awesome outdoor space surrounded by palm trees, which just makes me want to sip on cocktails all afternoon! The food menu looks great, tried the tuna poke bowl which was super delicious but will have to come back to try more of the other items on the menu.

Good setting and amazing tea, coffee and food will definitely come back often. Close to train station so it's good to grab a quick healthy meal on the way home.

The outdoor area here is really nice perfect for eating a tasty loaded toastie with a delicious coffee in the afternoon! The staff are super friendly, this place does not disappoint!

This use to be the Quatro cafe? <br/>Service was really good, menu looked good and the staff are polite, friendly and accommodating.<br/>Just had coffee here, it was a great cappacino.<br/>Will come back here again.
