Just ordered takeaway from Pronto Eatery & had their Chicken Katsu with miso sauce ($2 upgrade), it was the best chicken katsu I've ever had! The miso sauce is just absolutely delicious, rich yet mellow! Unfortunately I was so hungry that I forgot to take a photo but will definitely post a photo again when I order my next one!!!
Amazing food, who would have thought there was a place in NZ that provided cafe-style food with a Japanese influence!? The staff were all friendly & very knowledgeable too! Will definitely be back to try more!!
Pronto offers an Asian fusion menu, with a Japanese twist. Impressive high quality food and great service. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Kinoko Mushroom Udon Pasta with Grilled Prawns. For mushroom lovers, you’ll thank me for introducing you to this beautiful dish. Yummy! Yummy!!
If I can, I will give 4.5 star. Staff always smiling, friendly, helpful, and very polite. Food iis very flavoursome, tasty. Portion size just right. The only 0.5 star I deduct is I wish they can close a bit later than 6pm. Anyway, great place to go to.
A spacious cafe inside next to the Ascot Hospital. You can enjoy a bit of sunshine while brunching in the courtyard.
The udon pasta was something quite unique, the noodles were tasty with the mushroom sauce. Sided with salad and different spices of mushroom.
The egg benedict was nice as well. The bread was fresh, the hollandaise sauce was light and buttery.
Their flat white was excellent and tasted very smooth. Would have been better if had some latte art.

People seems come from the building next to the cafe, but I can also recognize some families enjoying food as well.

Beautiful open courtyard surrounded by palm trees, a premium getaway from the city life! Great spot for brunching with family & friends, or a afternoon drink in the sun. Japanese influence on a modern cafe bar menu at an incredibly reasonable price(especially in Auckland)!
Great atmosphere with great food. Staff are kind and helpful. Good selection of food on the menu as well as there is a bar for the later nights.

Great coffee and service. Don’t wait for 2nd rate coffee if you are at Novotel or Ibis, walk across the road to Pronto where they serve you with a smile and limited wait times rather than 20 minutes plus at the hotel. Great coffee great service.
Had a nice breakfast with my gf. Got the 40$ voucher for 20$ though the Grabone, which makes this awesome breakfast cheaper than food in McDonald's: 2 eggs Benny with 2 large coffees would cost you really just around 20$ for two people...
Spicy prawn dumplings were great)
Ps - voucher doesn't cover the salmon in the dish (which is written in voucher conditions), so I paid separately for that ;)

We had a Grabone voucher and used it for brunch today. The squid (karaage) was the best that I have tasted my entire life! My partner had the eggs benny and he enjoyed it very much. The food definitely worth paying the full price. We will come back.
Honestly one of the best places I've eaten at in a long, loooooong time! Food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Service was fast, friendly and hassle free. Well spread out seating and a lovely courtyard. If you're staying at Ibis/Novotel make sure to stop in here!

Food was really good but first cup of coffee was not hot so didnt complain & ordered & paid for second cup of coffee & that was great lovely and hot
