Ordered two flat whites. Staff were very pleasant and professional. Service was quick and efficient. The seating area was clean, tidy and the atmosphere was nice with good lighting and there were lots of seats. The coffee was okay. A bit weak and to hot.

One of my favorite cafe's. Staff well trained friendly. Coffee's always good. Food normally good . Sadly we had a very dry crumbled ,piece of carrot cake.

Best coffee. I'm a daily black coffee consumer, and I struggle to find a nice medium roast which has good body and caramel tones, but this roast was perfect and correctly brewed by the barista. Berry crumble also very nice. Service was very good, and friendly. Will have to get coffee here more often.

I often visit a Muffin Break because I know they have good coffee and I do love their variety of muffins. Today I was at the Richmond store and had a nice hot chocolate for a change and a chocolate chip muffin. Delicious. As always, the staff are friendly and service is fast. The enormous muffin was half eaten and I asked for a bag to take the rest home in and they obliged nicely. Will come again. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram/stroller accessible. Reasonable parking

It is rather nice to go to muffin break where staff not only remembers your name but how you like it. I am fussy and ask for the temperature to be 50 degrees. Fussy yes but that is how I like it. They are quick and the flat white always tastes good never a bad one. Also the 5th coffee is free. Who else offers that. Muffin break is well patronised for a reason good quality food excellent coffee at a good price and we'll trained staff. Locally owned. Give them a try.
