Have been here many times and always had great food and an awesome experience but recently had my 40th birthday in their private function room which was just amazing, staff were awesome, function food was so so good. Thank you beekeepers for making my bday extra special.
came here with a group of friends and had a awesome lunch. 7 of us ordered and was served quickly with great coffee and drinks. food was out in a good amount of time too. very pleasing experience.
Been here for breakfast and lunch. Both good. Good coffee. Eggs benny delicious. One of my faves in the area. Will be coming back to try the rest of the menu!

Recently came here for just a drink, but the staff was extremely friendly and attentive- especially to our 6 year old, quality colouring stationary to keep him busy too! The menu looked delicious and the food we saw come out leaves us definitely planning to come back for a meal!
Some family and I went to The Beekeepers wife after a funeral we had been to and got a few bowls of fries and some drinks. The staff were helpful, and the atmosphere of the place was nice and calm; which was just what we needed at that point. Spent some quiet time enjoying the chips we ordered. I also got a hot chocolate, which was enjoyable.
We had dinner at the "Beekeeper's wife" yesterday evening. We were 4 adults and 3 children and to say the least it was a most delightful experience for all of us. Not only was the food delicious but the staff too were courteous and responsive. Special mention must be made of the "Twice cooked pork belly" and the "Slow cooked lamb shoulder". The meat was soft and delicious. The price was very reasonable and I would certainly like to return once more in the near future.
We popped in here on our way to our home for the week. We didn't eat in, we ordered to take away but it was a nice atmosphere, not too busy. We had a drink whilst we waited for our meals, we waited less than 10 minutes. Great fast service, and the food was excellent. The food was so good we went there again on our last night in Riverhead.
Booked the function room for my friend’s baby shower and they were really happy with the experience! We had a dedicated waitress who was really thoughtful and responsive in making sure that we had everything we needed, and made sure to always be available to us. The platters were fantastic value for money, the food was enjoyed by all. Would recommend the function room to anyone looking for a private, spacious area, with amazing food and wait staff.

Good place to have a really delicious brunch. The portion size is pretty good. We have been there a couple of times. Only disappointment was some of the really amazing dishes we ate on our previous visit was missing on the new menu. Otherwise it's a really good place to eat.
Food & coffee both amazing, service was really good to. It was a bit warm inside for me but everyone else seemed fine so perhaps it was just me!

Had a really good time with my family. What a wonderful lunch. Great staff with a very great service. I ordered wedges without reading menu book. Wedges came garnished with bacon. Asked the waitress if bacon can b removed. She took the dish refried another set of wedges n this time without bacon on my table without extra charge though they knew its not their mistake. This is called customer service. I really enjoyed our lunch. Chicken pizza was above expectation. In my top 10 Auckland cafes listing.
Perfect place for lunch on a miserable wet day! Situated in beautiful Riverhead near Coatesville, The Beekeepers wife is a hidden gem. Ordered the southern style chicken dish and pork belly bao buns and wow! Portions were just right and our waiter and hostess were attentive. Will definitely visit again when it's sunny ❤❤
