This morning I went in to grab donuts for my son as it is his birthday tomorrow and these donuts have become his favourite 😁
I was so blown away with the amazing service, I let the ladies know I was last minute grabbing donuts for my sons birthday tomorrow and they chucked in a little present for him and an extra donut with a candle and note on the box ! You guys are amazing thank yous .
Friendly lively staff welcomed us. The special babble tea with daughnut was so special.
Only went in because I've never had a bubble tea before, so hubby and kids wanted a donut. So obviously I got a bubble tea with a donut on top! It's called a nut-tea and comes with your choice of drink, your choice of donut, 2 wafer biscuits, a chocolate finger, 2 pretzels and some rainbow rope. I got a brown sugar milk tea, the bubbles are extra. First sip, I thought I'd made a terrible mistake, such an odd taste more like a traditional iced bun from ab, but by the end I loved it!! Donuts we're more like an iced bun from the bakery. The place is clean and inviting, lady was helpful. I'm a sucker for something that looks pretty and it does. Give it a try if you like a bread-like donut as opposed to a deep fried lump of goodness. Reviews are a mixed bag, mostly about bad customer service so perhaps there are different staff that don't do so well in this dept. It's so important for a business. I had no problems.
Visited the Epiphany Cafe when staying in Rotorua, it was a very vibrant looking cafe! Lots of colour and the cabinet food looked incredible. One staff member showed a lot of warmth and the other lacked customer service skills. Coffee was good, and donuts were divine 👍🏻❤️
Great coffee. The donuts were good homemade quality the peanut butter choc would highly recommend. The customer service displayed by staff was polite and professional. Will go again

We got a coffee & boba, late in the afternoon. Lovely service, exquisite presentation of both food & café, clean & comfortable.
We loved the atmosphere. Friendly staff; awesome background music. Great coffee; the most incredible lychee smoothie; and delicious date & orange scones.
Absolutely delicious food, including real fruit iced teas and smoothies (not syrup). Donuts are delicious and soft but not overly sweet. Cute decor, friendly and quick service, and very reasonable prices. Can't really ask for much more!
Good coffee. Nice selection of pastries, but I didn't try any.
