Went for Lunch and ordered a quinoa and carrot patties with haloumi. It was really nice, well presented and very tasty. Service was good, we did not wait too long.

Nice place for food and coffee! The chicken was a little dry but the yummy sauce made up for that

Three of us went for breakfast and all very happy. The portions were generous, not huge and everything was very tasty. Reasonably priced though some of the extras (avocado, bacon) were a little on the steep side. Overall very good - eggs cooked to perfection and the sausage and bread were particularly good.

The food was great, I really enjoyed the grill, and the prices were good. Marked down slightly for the service as it wasn't very engaging and they expected our food and drink orders without giving us a chance to look at the menu. Happily would come back, however.

Awesome food, nice staffs.

I found this little gem, the staff were very helpful and always smiling, a welcome bonus to some places that just want you to sit, drink and go with out breaking any sign of emotion Clean, tidy and cosy. For me quite convenient as there is two disable parking spots directly opposite the cafe.

Really great options for breakfast and lunch. Even their burger doesn't leave you feeling too heavy. This is a favourite for everyone at our office. Go there for good coffee and decent brunch.

We discovered Melba through Groupon. The place in Takapuna is full of people. But we got our food so quick. My steak sandwich taste good. Chips and salads included. My hubby likes his burger. We will be coming back

The menu isn't extensive but recently updated, it has moved beyond the standard eggs bene, the Selvas Chicken and Selvas Salmon were great healthy fresh options. Keen to try the Marrakesh Eggs. Coffees were also primo. Despite my wife's issue with undercooked poached eggs once over a year ago, I like it.

What started as a convenient coffee on the way to the post office box has become a near daily routine. Great, friendly staff, exceptional coffee, particularly nice food if you're feeling lunchish.
