My brother and i stopped in while on a 3 day ride, i had the Bacon Lovers burger and fries, my brother, a steak open sandwich.... the food here was quite simply incredible! The burger and sandwich were perfectly made and presented, and tasted equally as nice
Great food. Got the open steak sandwich ($30), Penne pasta ($32), and kids meal ham cheese pizza ($16). All the meals were great and came out really quick.
Amazing good experience. Ordered so many dishes and everything was perfect. Lamb shank was outstanding.
We have always had delicious food from this tavern. The steak was cooked to perfection; medium rare.
The buffalo wings came with 2 cheesy dipping sauces.
Service was fast considering how busy it was.
Worth visiting.
Food was nice but prices were high. No atmosphere, nothing special. Likely choose somewhere else next time (not that there was a lot of choice)
Lamb shanks were delicious! Pork belly was well cooked and heaps there. Chicken burger was devoured by Master 15 in like 5 mins, lol! Hubby’s steak was a little over cooked for his liking but still very tender and delicious! Great meals & food presentation was impeccable. Would definitely eat here again.

The food was great, exactly as advertised and the $10 pints were greatly appreciated. Thought I’d never, ever say this but…the cheese overload on the salmon pizza took us a bit by surprise; the extra cheese may have been better off on a non fish pizza but nevertheless, it was still yum. The corn fritter were a great appetiser, especially for $8!
Great getaway for those times of not wanting to cook & do the dishes 😁. Meals are absolutely great! Favourite is the lamb shank and the pork belly 🍻
Dined on 29 Sept 2023. Had Calamari Salad. Best ever. Other guest had massive bacon+plus burger and fries. Presentation topclass. Will be going back in 2 days. Highly recommended.
