Was fast, food was fresh, the staff were absolutely lovely, straight up BEST experience I’ve ever had at KFC. Absolutely will come here again. Please tell your staff they are doing an amazing job!
First time there. Great all round. Parking was great, service was also great and the food, chicken was cooked nicely chips were fresh and not dried out through sitting to long like so many KFC outlets. Sat in instead of takeaway because of long hours traveling. So was a good choice to stop there for a break and lunch.
Drive thru faster than in store. They missed our chips but they do primo wraps

The lady who served me was fantastic. What a pleasure to have such friend helpful customer service (I've found it lacking just about everywhere lately) so it was really lovely to have such great service. I hope she's treated well.
Went into KFC on Friday, the 3rd of March. With the family, to enjoy our Holidays Only Treat ;) ....and WOW WOW WOW, the customer service was OUTSTANDING ;) ....and as for the pieces of chicken..... OH MY GOSH, I WAS IN HEAVEN. THE BEST I'VE EVER !!!!!!! HAD. Thank You KFC

Ordered a family meal for 4, server very polite and asked if I was a local,told her,does being from Paeroa makes me a local..she saw the funny side of it.. disappointed with how people just left their trash on the table instead of putting it in the bin.
Good place to buy food and go to Rocket Park to eat.
