Found Topsey Turveys by accident and so glad we did. The gluten free dessets were amazing. We drop in about 45 minutes before closing and the staff member that was working was welcoming and happy to chat. They had their christmas decorations up and the place felt like being at home on Christmas. Thank you
Called in today on our way home after a weekend in Bamburgh. The Sunday roast was gluten free including Yorkshire puds, stuffing, gravy, and the most amazing Christmas cake also gluten free. The service was great, nothing too much trouble. What impressed me most was the amount of GF food offered. I have been in many expensive hotels that don't offer the variety this cafe does.
This lady knows how to cook up home made food with great taste, value, and wonderful service!

We have been here a lot, lovely friendly staff and great service and great prices. Food is always well presented and delicious. Good menu selection plus a specials board also you can buy stuff to take away.

My favourite tearooms. Great food, fabulous cakes raspberry roulade and toffee pecan roulade. Good portion size too.
Friendly welcome and really delicious homemade food.
We were particularly impressed with the quiche and the hot beef sandwich... but then we had no room for a sweet treat!
