Yoshi is my favourite sushi place in Wellington. The staff are so friendly and the sushi tastes fresh and doesn't fall to bits! Winning! It's definitely my go-to place for sushi.

The most authentic Ramen you will ever taste outside of Japan, fresh and delicious sushi and other options available. I only go here whenever I feel like some real Japanese food. Highly recommended.

. (05/2018) This one is among top 3 in my list of Sushi restaurants in Wellington. Conveniently located over busy Lambton Quay and can be easily missed if not carefully looked out for. Easily accessible. Well managed, organised and nicely maintained. Sushi is on display for the customers to pick around from the standing area with detailed info provided for people with specific dietary requirements. Spacious but limited seating. Excellent ambiance and cosy atmosphere. Self-service. Helpful staff. Plentiful food options. Have not noticed these many delicious Sushi options to choose from for vegans and vegetarians at any other Sushi restaurant. Yum preparations. Good presentation. Offers takeaways. Good place for quick bite. Normally busy during peak hours. Reservation cannot be made in advance. PayWave facility is available at this location. Could not notice wheelchair accessible seating or high chair in plain view at this location. Outdoor seating is not available. There is no dedicated parking area available for this restaurant although street parking can be found around the entrance. Entrance is wheelchair accessible. Liked the experience.

This place is great. Pretty decent variety of options including vegan and vegetarian. Limited seating inside. They do loyalty cards and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. It can get quite busy but the queue moves along
