Loyal customer over the last couple of years, mainly due to great customer service - whether from the staff in store, or from the delivery guys.
Pizza and sides are always of a high quality, taste great, but when it comes to fast food the customer service side is key, and these guys are top notch.

The vegan burger pizza is insane!! I tried it and then brought it again the next day! I couldn't believe how delicious it was! Also the staff is awesome super friendly and bubbly! Cool little spot!

I ordered about an hour and a half early because it's a Friday and they are always busy. I went to pick up and I had to wait another 20 minutes which I wasnfine with. The staff were friendly and gave me my meal but I got home and they missed some chicken tenders I ordered ao I called them and they had a driver deliver some more within 15 minutes with a free drink for my troubles. Everything was fine in the end and I'm quite happy to go back there. Good job guys

Lovely pizza. 4 people plus salads. Really nice. As always. Crispy crust. Toppings were excellent. For a quick meal on the run, couldn't think of anything better.

I consider myself a pretty reasonable reviewer and try to find the good parts of every meal experience, unfortunately tonight that is hard. We decided to do online pick up which was ready when we got there (hence the 2) however when we got home, we realised we were given the wrong pizzas. It was our order, as the sides were right and I got a specialty base, but the toppings were far from right. I understand it is a very busy store and busy time of the night, but that is what they should be geared up. Sorry Hell, not doing it for me tonight.

We arrived at 5.20pm on a Friday. It's very busy in Khandallah at that time. It took us 10 mins to get a park.<br/><br/>Hells is also very busy. We ordered, and were told it was a 20 min wait and it did take 20 mins.<br/><br/>It's not the biggest space in there so it was crowded at times but to be expected on a Friday night.<br/><br/>The staff are very busy but stay helpful and friendly. My partner ordered while I was parking the car. She mistakenly asked for the hot chili. I spoke to them and they managed to change it for me... phew!<br/><br/>We ordered:<br/>1x Lemon Pepper wedges with 2 pottles of garlic mayo ($5.50)<br/>1x Mischief, snack size ($9.00)<br/>1x Creator, snack size, with thin base ($10.00)<br/><br/>Total $24.50 <br/><br/>I like Hells, and usually go to Newlands. Khandallah was just as good and consistent.

Picked up an online order from them on Friday night. The service was chaotic and no one seemed to want to serve me... The pizzas however were fantastic and the location is good, right in the middle of Khandallah.

Ordered a large meal from Hell Pizza Khandallah and was given a delivery time 1 hour from the time I placed the order. 1 1/2 hours later I called to find out where our meal was and was told it had left and would arrive in less than 5 mins. 15 mins later, we still had nothing. We waited 1hr and 50mins for the meal and the driver told us we would be sent vouchers for the inconvenience. When we went to eat the food it was cold. Not lukewarm - stone cold. The prawn horns, which were supposed to be crispy, were soggy. We called and complained about the condition of the food and the response we got was " well we're busy". After speaking to a manager we were promised more vouchers. We have never received those vouchers.
