I ordered about an hour and a half early because it's a Friday and they are always busy. I went to pick up and I had to wait another 20 minutes which I wasnfine with. The staff were friendly and gave me my meal but I got home and they missed some chicken tenders I ordered ao I called them and they had a driver deliver some more within 15 minutes with a free drink for my troubles. Everything was fine in the end and I'm quite happy to go back there. Good job guys
Lovely pizza. 4 people plus salads. Really nice. As always. Crispy crust. Toppings were excellent. For a quick meal on the run, couldn't think of anything better.
We arrived at 5.20pm on a Friday. It's very busy in Khandallah at that time. It took us 10 mins to get a park.
Hells is also very busy. We ordered, and were told it was a 20 min wait and it did take 20 mins.
It's not the biggest space in there so it was crowded at times but to be expected on a Friday night.
The staff are very busy but stay helpful and friendly. My partner ordered while I was parking the car. She mistakenly asked for the hot chili. I spoke to them and they managed to change it for me... phew!

I like Hells, and usually go to Newlands. Khandallah was just as good and consistent.

So many people crammed into a small place. Incredible how they still get pizzas flying out the door. Amazing team!
Always come back for more. Yes good and fresh food most of the time. Even though sometimes they would miss this and that on my pizza but it is not a big matter. They always try their best before and after Covid. All the best 😃.

Loyal customer over the last couple of years, mainly due to great customer service - whether from the staff in store, or from the delivery guys.
Pizza and sides are always of a high quality, taste great, but when it comes to fast food the customer service side is key, and these guys are top notch.

Solid Pizza. Not cheap but it tastes fab and the team is always friendly.
The vegan burger pizza is insane!! I tried it and then brought it again the next day! I couldn't believe how delicious it was! Also the staff is awesome super friendly and bubbly! Cool little spot!
