We used Langdale for our wedding and reception. Venue and service was outstanding. We had such positive feedback from guests on the quality of food and venue, we felt the need to write a positive review to share our wonderful experience.
I'm a marriage celebrant and have officiated a few weddings at Langdale, it's such a great spot! Lots of beautiful trees providing shelter and shade, the venue itself is lovely and there's a great wet weather option too. There's a playground for the kids, and a mezzanine floor inside for them too! You're spoilt for choice for places on the grounds to have a ceremony and the staff are friendly too. Highly recommended for couples looking for a venue.
Great venue for a wedding with lovely photo backdrops. Great service. We had the buffet menu which was delicious, especially the roast beef. Allows byo drinks and dessert which is great for those on a budget!
Open air surrounded by shelter trees with lovely shade trees to dine under. Also plenty of inside seating if too cold.
Sunday menu is to die for ( not from. Joke). Our group had 4 mains and all were perfect. The do know how to prepare a BLUE steak, best ever!!!
Even the sweets were great.

We had our wedding at Langdales on the 11th of Feb. Right from the outset, Lauren and Gaby were amazing. Communication was great, nothing was an issue, and thanks to them and their awesome bar staff, we had a memorable day. Such a perfect place for our rustic plans, and we will return on our 1-year anniversary. Thank you so much for being so easy to work with and for opening your place to us.

Such a beautiful backdrop for our photos, and amazing marriage packages for customizing ceremony location, food & drinks. Couldn’t have dreamed for anything better.
Also a gem of a location for lunch - beautiful fresh dishes & scenic backdrops galore even outside of summer. Love the cheeky peacocks roaming around.
I had my wedding here would highly recommend it. It is such a beautiful place the food was amazing and the staff where happy and helpful to make our day the best it could be 10/10

As Wedding Celebrant and MC for a Wedding this past weekend, I can only use one word to describe the experience at Langdales - WOW! Stunning Food, Excellent service from friendly staff, and beautifully presented tables - they simply ticked all the boxes. The venue was perfect for the wedding. They even must have had a word with the Weather Department - fantastic day had by all for an outdoor ceremony. I thoroughly recommend Langdales for your special day. Well Done Team!
