The red beach takeaway chicken burger is to die for, it’s extremely cheap and massive! Never change please. I have been go every Sunday I am up in Whangaparaoa to get one
Great place, best fish and chips on the coast
My family and I have been going here for at least 15 years and chose it after surveying quite a few in the area. We have found the food to be excellent and great value. The service has been great, we got to know the family quite well. This takeaway is very popular so ring ahead and allow extra time. Highly recommended!!!!
Fish & chips have been great here every time, chicken burger is decent too. Good classic Kiwi takeaways, and great value for money. Hope they never change!

As a new employee, I found my new colleagues to be very helpful, and as a long-time fan of the food, I've had more pride than ever while taking a bite of my favourite takeout. If you happen to drop by the Whangaparaoa/Orewa area, this is DEFINITELY a place for you to have dinner.
Always very friendly staff. Can be very busy at peak times and wait time is usually between 15 to 20 mins. The food is consistently good. Excellent basic take away menu
Best fish n chips eva chicken burger is famous but I get the super burger amazing every time good fish too the lines out the door explain it all everyone knows red beach takeaways is the best
Best fish & chips ever!! I've never had a disappointing meal from here. The crumbed snapper is amazing. And the chips are always crisp and fresh. And I find the food a lot less greasy than other fish and chip shops. Squid rings, onion rings, fritters etc are always a great addition too. This place does not disappoint
