Outstanding staff 😊 proper warm & professional while still bringing the bants. The food is ok… I had the falafel that was a bit dry, the hummus wasn’t that fresh and the pita was tough… but the atmosphere is lovely, the place is clean and the drinks are good.
Had a brunch stop off, so it wings very nice (would have been amazing with a blue cheese sauce) chips a little underwhelming, not enough if any salt and were not that warm when they came out, staff were ok, little rushed being Father’s Day so never got the salt we asked for. Huge plus for me was the

Grazing platter; everything on the platter was tasty. I would definitely go back here. The service was excellent and the food arrived in good time.
Very busy when we were there (1.30pm Sunday), however, quickly served. Great staff and a solid menu. Food was quick, hot, delicious 😋 and reasonably priced. We will be back for dinner
Used to be one of my favourites, but after they revamped it just lost the charm and quirkiness. Now it's really modern bright (if you into that sort of thing) but lacks heart! It could do with warmth, maybe more photos relating to the name, Stables reminds me of beautiful horses, beautiful landscap

A nice quiet pub serving really good fare in a quiet area of Auckland suburbs.
I went for the fish and chips, which were cooked nicely, and had a nice balance between being filling and yet not too heavy.
Other dishes appeared well portioned, and it appeared that presentation
we tried this place first time approx 1 month ago. Ever since the first visit, this place became our weekly routine. It's that good. Both dinner and brunch menu is excellent, super friendly service and very kids friendly (my daughter love their kids combo). I'm sure we will continue visit here more.
Finally a great place to eat in our area. It has changed hands many times and the current owners deserve to be very successful. Plenty of space to keep your distance in the current situation, especially at lunchtime, great service, great menu and excellent food. An A grade certificate. Easy wheelcha
We left wanting to come back! Great spot... you can't go wrong and super kid friendly. The staff are just lovely!

Love this local pub, recently redid their food menu and have to come back to try more of it! Pizzas are always great and their range of drinks is good too, always have decent specials on.
Had a lovely fish and chip meal with a large group of girls.
The service by two staff was excellent.

A long lunch and both the food and service were great. Even fussy eaters were catered for, which is always a bonus 😀
Fantastic food for a good price and excellent service- not sure of the servers name but he is British and always gets a laugh out of me. My favourite place to take friends and family for a catch up meal.
Great service and food. Not every pub can do classic pub fare, plus pizza and the occasional Italian inspired pasta dish and excel across the board. Nice work.
