Great Friday evening at the Marvel Grill at a work event were we enjoyed a selection of wonderful yummy platters, this included a wonderful vegetarian option, meat platter (the lamb was amazing) and a fantastic
seafood platter which included fresh salmon, prawns & oyster shots. Great views and location l would definitely recommend this place for great drinks, food and service.
The food was good, staff were nice. I’m not sure if they were short staffed but service could be a little better - there were times when drinks took longer than usual to reach the table & such like. View & location is great.
Super friendly, great food, excellent range of wine by the glass. I've been here twice recently and thoroughly enjoyed both visits, trying the chips with caramelised onion dip, blue cheese cauliflower, and the pate - all fantastic.
Food was really really nice, portion ain't too big but quality is always more important than quantity :)
Yes, they have Bluff oysters (in January), but the Te Kouma oyster is in season and simply divine. If you are an oyster lover, try this one.
When the weather is as good as 22 degrees Auckland sunny day, then this is the place to be. (wouldn't recommend it if the weather gets too windy though).

Came here for the first time with my partner and I loved the service! The atmosphere was very relaxing. Prices are what you would expect from a restaurant like this but it is definitely worth it. Food is great with the ensembles offering a variety of flavors. Big thumbs up from me :)
My wife and I have often enjoyed a great meal and a glass or two if some great wine.
Today it was a late lunch, they were super busy as usual however the manager worked to get us a table for two in the face of all odds.
Staff were terrific as usual food was great and the glass if wine we each had made the meal perfect.

Always a delight to dine at marvel grill. Delicious, perfectly cooked food, bursting with flavour. The staff are polite and attentive and wait time has never been an issue. The menu is amazing! I'd definitely recommend the mixed grill platter. Perfect size for 2 people with a delicious range of mouthwatering food. Thanks marvel grill, looking forward to returning!
